Ishita and her team were amazing, they really tried to listen to what was important to us and helped us execute our vision. We did the partial wedding planning option as had most of our vendors already chosen. Everyone commented on how friendly and organized her and her team were. I would chose her again without reservations!

We started working with Ishita and the EventSpell team about 4.5 months prior to the wedding. Ishita is professional, well-organized and extremely sweet. I trusted her with the most important weekend of my life and I recommend her fully!

I don't know if anything will ever express how truly grateful we were to have Ishita from EventSpell as our wedding planner turned friend and confidante! We knew nothing about wedding planning back in 2019 but she helped us stay organized, pick vendors and stay on track for the 2020 date. We still vividly remember that day, what was supposed to be our final walkthrough and how instead of figuring out the final details, we had to scramble to push out the date. She kept us calm and helped us navigate so many curveballs along the way. Three wedding date changes later when it was finally time to make it happen, we were fatigued but she was so empathetic and gently nudged us, kept it real and made sure we were excited to plan again.

We truly miss our fun weekly calls with her, it was something we both looked forward to. She made planning so much fun and less of a chore. Communicating with vendors, keeping them on track, following up on items that they missed - I don't think we could have done any of that without her. She also made sure our families were involved and looped-in during the planning process.

Going into the wedding day we knew Ishita and her team would handle everything and we wouldn’t have to worry. But nothing had prepared us for the level of attention that her and her team gave us. From getting us coffee at the start of the day, to getting us last minute print outs, to keeping us constantly fed, the EventSpell team took such good care of both of us. She remembered and took care of the smallest details and made sure we were running on time. We were able to enjoy the special day with our friends and family knowing that her and her team got our backs and we are so so thankful for that! In the weeks after the wedding, the consistent feedback we have gotten from our friends and family is that the wedding was not only fun but so well organized and executed. Her and her team were the single biggest reason for that.

My fiancé and I hired Ishita to help us plan our engagement party! She was an incredible event coordinator and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Ishita made our vision turn into a reality and we could not have done it without her! Ishita was a pleasure to work with! We had an Indian/American wedding that was not totally traditional and she grasped our vision quickly. Not to mention it was 9+ hours long!! She and her team on the day of ran the event to a tee, all while remaining in the background. She flawlessly executed our dream wedding amidst Covid concerns, balancing safety measures and staying up to date on loosening guidelines. We had great, clear communication throughout the entire planning process. She would present a few options after doing some research so that we could easily pick our favorite. I had booked a few vendors already before hiring her services, and she was very flexible working with them too. She managed to whittle down costs without compromising quality or overall experience to meet our budget by working closely with vendors and negotiating cost (something we would not have been able to do on our own!). Our families still can’t stop talking about how amazing the wedding was, even a month later! I would recommend eventspell in a heartbeat!!

This is the best wedding coordinating team out there! They offer a lot of options so you will definitely find something that meets your needs. Communication is SUPERB and that is what you need from a wedding coordinator. No matter what time I would text/call, I would ALWAYS get an answer. OMG! Ishita was amazing!! This review is a long time coming - we got married in February and people are STILL talking about our wedding. She put us in touch with the right vendors and never pushed us to make choices where we felt we had to compromise. We were making changes to last minute and she was so kind and patient - also she def knows how to handle challenging personalities (we definitely had our fair share). During the planning process, she was very thorough and very communicative - all of this while taking care of her newborn btw (how does she do it?!).

When the wedding weekend rolled around, I felt like a queen! Ishita brought 2 assistants with her to make sure everything went smoothly. They were super attentive, and made sure that my husband and I could actually taste all of the food that we paid so much for. Bottom-line - the absolute best customer service anyone could ever ask for. The whole event went off without a hitch and if there ever was an issue Ishita and her team handled it quickly and discretely so my husband and I could enjoy our guests and events.

She knows her stuff and has a fantastic attitude - hire her, you will thank yourself later!!

Ishita and EventSpell was fantastic! My now wife found her contact via weddingwire and we were sold within minutes of meeting her. Ishita was always extremely professional, super organized and realistic.

She helped us plan for a large Friday night event, Saturday morning, afternoon and Saturday night events to perfection. Despite having multiple other weddings and work, Ishita made us feel like we were the only event she was working on, her customer service and responsiveness were wonderful. She attended all the decorator meetings, food tastings and gave advice and input on all facets of the wedding.

We had an Indian wedding and Ishita was very experienced in all the different ceremonies, expectations, decorations and how to handle any live situation. She came with a great pair of assistants as well, Kristi and Micaela. The assistants were extremely professional and courteous to our guests and went above and beyond our expectations. They gave us food and drinks any chance my wife and I could eat, they tidied up different areas of the venue, catered to guests needs and definitely added to the entire wedding experience.

Ishita, went way above our expectations and we 100% recommend her to anyone considering EventSpell as a planning service. We booked her for consultations, prep and day of and we dont regret anything. Highly recommend!
