Ishita and her team were amazing, they really tried to listen to what was important to us and helped us execute our vision. We did the partial wedding planning option as had most of our vendors already chosen. Everyone commented on how friendly and organized her and her team were. I would chose her again without reservations! -

This is the best wedding coordinating team out there! They offer a lot of options so you will definitely find something that meets your needs. Communication is SUPERB and that is what you need from a wedding coordinator. No matter what time I would text/call, I would ALWAYS get an answer. I showed up to all my wedding events without a worry because of Ishita and her team. More than a wedding coordinator and friend, she is family now! HIGHLY recommend EventSpells to future brides :) -

I don't know if anything will ever express how truly grateful we were to have Ishita from EventSpell as our wedding planner turned friend and confidante! We knew nothing about wedding planning back in 2019 but she helped us stay organized, pick vendors and stay on track for the 2020 date. We still vividly remember that day, what was supposed to be our final walkthrough and how instead of figuring out the final details, we had to scramble to push out the date. She kept us calm and helped us navigate so many curveballs along the way. Three wedding date changes later when it was finally time to make it happen, we were fatigued but she was so empathetic and gently nudged us, kept it real and made sure we were excited to plan again.
We truly miss our fun weekly calls with her, it was something we both looked forward to. She made planning so much fun and less of a chore. Communicating with vendors, keeping them on track, following up on items that they missed - I don't think we could have done any of that without her. She also made sure our families were involved and looped-in during the planning process.
Going into the wedding day we knew Ishita and her team would handle everything and we wouldn’t have to worry. But nothing had prepared us for the level of attention that her and her team gave us. From getting us coffee at the start of the day, to getting us last minute print outs, to keeping us constantly fed, the EventSpell team took such good care of both of us. She remembered and took care of the smallest details and made sure we were running on time. We were able to enjoy the special day with our friends and family knowing that her and her team got our backs and we are so so thankful for that! In the weeks after the wedding, the consistent feedback we have gotten from our friends and family is that the wedding was not only fun but so well organized and executed. Her and her team were the single biggest reason for that.
Ishita truly cared about making our dream wedding come true, even when there were setbacks. Thank you for going above and beyond! We love Ishita and the EventSpell team!

Shabnam Sent on 12/11/2017There aren’t enough good things to say about Ishita. We hired Ishita as a “day-of-coordinator” for two of my wedding events and I could not be more glad. She is outstanding an exceeded her “day-of” duties exponentially. She participated in most of my vendor consultations, provided suggestions and advice that I would have never considered, and was an all-star on both the days. Her timeline was on spot- Not only did she create a timeline for both of my events, she even created a timeline for my third event as well, which we didn’t hire her for (I wish we had). She even created a ‘Guest Timeline’ for our guests who were visiting from out of state/country which put in the welcome gift basket.
She stayed in constant communication via phone, text, and email. Best of all, on the wedding day everything was flawless and ran smoothly. I can't keep track of all the compliments we got about the wedding flowing so well.
Ishita is very easy and great to work with, so friendly, so sweet and calm and very professional. She always stepped in during my bridezilla moments to calm me down.
Here are a few examples of what Ishita accomplished for me:
1. She took all of our favors, gifts, table numbers, table name cards, etc. and ensured they were all setup before the event started.
2. She collected all of our gifts and other belongings and gave them to a family member.
3. She made sure our families ate and had a good time.
4. On the reception day, my husband and I didn’t get a chance to eat, she made sure she packed us some food to go. Who does that??
5. She made sure we took pictures with all our families who were visiting from out state/county
6. She helped our decorator to insure everything was setup before the event were to start.
7. She and her husband (who is great as well) helped my sister with a skit/dance.
I cannot recommend her enough!
I feel so blessed to have met her. Not only is she a great event planner, she has become a great friend! -

They work very hard to make sure all goes well during your wedding. As a day of coordinator myself, I am very particular on how to coordinate. EventSpell did an awesome job since my wedding had tons of details and surprises. As a Bride, I realized how important a great day of coordinator is. EventSpell made sure that all went smooth from start until finish. Please all Brides, do yourself a huge favor and hire EventSpell.
