Courtney was fantastic! Even out of state she is easy to work with and is responsive and so much knowledge in what she does. Day of wedding, she coordinated the rehearsal with EASE! Made it so easy. She's organized and helpes make your day go smooth. Kept timelines perfect! You ask her to do anything she has your back to take some stress off the day. I would recommend her every time!

Do yourself a favor and book Events with Ease for your wedding now! It was the best decision we made for our wedding. It made the planning process much less stressful and Courtney was extremely responsive and supportive via email (as well as over the phone whenever questions came up!). We seriously had the best vendors thanks to her recommendations. And the day-of planning made our day SO enjoyable and entirely stress free. Courtney and Jackie thought of every single little detail throughout the day and catered to our every need (including going over everyone's roles for the ceremony so it went smoothly, making sure we got to eat our appetizers, having a drink ready for us post-ceremony, and making sure we had a moment to breathe and enjoy with just each other and so much more..I could seriously go on and on). In addition they were so fun to be around and we really appreciated their company and friendship by the end of the night. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding thanks to them. They are the absolute best!!

Courtney is amazing! She is very flexible and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! Courtney communicated consistently with our vendors to make sure deliveries were set and they knew where to go and be on our wedding day. I am a control freak and she worked closely with me to make sure all the details were in order leading up to wedding day so I did not have to worry. One of the best choices we made for the wedding was to work with Courtney and Jackie at Events with Ease! From the very first conversation with Courtney she was incredibly professional, explaining the wedding process, answering all of my questions, and was very genuine and friendly. She's also very organized! You could just feel that she could be leaned on. The weeks leading up to and the day of my wedding she helped me so much, especially with vendor and venue communication and overall making sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. I really trusted her. She and Jackie helped with event set up, including a Wal-Mart trip to find a steamer the day before the wedding, and everything looked amazing! I also loved to see how she and Jackie worked together and communicated with each other - what a great duo. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I've known Courtney all my life, literally. She is my older sister, my maid of honor and also was my wedding coordinator. It may seem like a lot to ask someone to do, but I knew if anyone could handle it, it would be her. Ever since we were children she was in charge of planning fun activities, either with my brother and I or her friends, and her birthday was the party that everyone looked forward to every year. In college her house was the funnest house to go to for special event parties like Halloween and New Years. When she worked at the Boys and Girls club, she quickly rose amongst the ranks and took charge of planning their daily and weekly activities, and it was no surprise to anyone. So when she told me that she was going to start an event planning business, it seemed forehead slappingly obvious that this was what she was meant for. When it came to my wedding, I stressed a lot about stupid things, like having to small talk with all my guests, and if I would trip while making my entrance and rip my dress. Did I worry about anything important? Absolutely not. I knew my sister would take care of everything and the day would go smoothly, because she always has. And it was perfect! The thing about weddings is you (hopefully) only ever do them once, and don't know the amount of work that goes into running one. There's a lot of small and big details and planning that go into making the day memorable and running as smoothly as possible not just for you but for the guests, the DJ, and caterers, and everyone else who have to all work together in sync. This is why a coordinator is essential, because they think of things you would never imagine you would need or want. For example, I totally forgot about decorations for the bride and groom table, but she didn't, and that morning she comes to me with a variety of things to set up and asked me what I wanted. When the linen company didn't ship enough of the white tablecloths for all the tables, she found some others of a different color and made it look like we did it on purpose. She was the general in charge of the army that set up everything and turned my parent's backyard into a beautiful wonderland, while I sat getting my makeup and hair done, listening to music, hanging out with my bridesmaids, and drinking mimosas without a worry in my mind. Would I recommend her even if she weren't my sister? Absolutely. It is why I'm also having her plan my baby shower!

I could not have been happier with my experience with Courtney! She was without a doubt the glue that held my day together and the hand I reached for when I had questions! She was always accessible by phone to talk me through my worries and followed my crazy mind as I tried to piece everything together for our perfect backyard wedding! If you are hesitant, take this as your sign. You NEED a day of coordinator especially if you are throwing a backyard wedding. You need someone that is on your team doing the day of set up of all your decor and little candles and signage, last minute touches, wiping benches, the list goes on (because you can't leave everything set up the night before trust me) Courtney gave me the ability to enjoy my day and enjoy getting ready without being bothered by vendors! She was simply the best. She was excellent at her job and it showed.
She reached out to everyone before hand so vendors knew who to reach out to the day of. Everything went so smoothly and I really can't say enough good things. 10/10 would recommend! She made my wedding my dream come true and it wouldn't have gone nearly as flawless if I didn't have her and her assistant Jackie there!

I just want to begin by saying I am so, so thankful that I hired Courtney. I spent a year and a half planning my big day and it is was such a giant relief to just let it all go at the rehearsal ceremony. As soon as Courtney arrived, it was like I could finally breathe and relax and trust that everything would be handled. And, oh my goodness, it was!! Something went wrong with the food for the reception, and it would have been an absolute nightmare if Courtney and Jackie had not been there. They handled it so seamlessly and behind the scenes that I did not even know anything had happened until after everything was fixed. She was such a saving grace, truly. She was fantastic, all around. She handled the decorations exactly as I envisioned. She was incredibly professional and responsive and had so much helpful insight. I know it's super cheesy, but I cannot recommend Courtney enough!

I honestly don't even know where to start with how amazing Courtney was as our day of coordinator (and just as an overall person). We knew 10 minutes into our first chat on the phone that we wanted to work with her. She has the perfect mix of friendly and relatable mixed with not messing around when it comes to getting things done. She was super easy to talk to and work with all the way through the wedding. She made the long drive to do the rehearsal the night before the wedding and somehow wrangled an entire crazy wedding party and two sets of anxious parents with no problem and tons of patience. On the day of the wedding her and her assistance Jackie made sure everything was FLAWLESS. There were a few minor things that went wrong before the wedding (as they typically do) and we never had any idea until our friends told us the day after. Courtney and Jackie handled everything without every having to contact us, and were amazing to work with throughout the wedding day. They kept everything running smoothly, made sure our reception and ceremony looked absolutely gorgeous, and having them there was almost like having two friends we've known for years at our wedding. Courtney is absolutely amazing at what she does and as a person in general and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family knowing that she'll make sure your day is absolutely perfect.

We needed to bring in everything for our wedding at our venue. I was pretty confident with planning the wedding, however, what kept me up at night was the day of the wedding. I did not want to worry about anything that day so I knew I needed to hire a day-of coordinator. I felt like the 'day-of' only package wasn't offered by many planners. I found Courtney and Events with Ease and after an initial call, it was obvious I needed to work with her! Courtney was one of the first vendors we booked in our planning process and it was one of our best decisions. Courtney was amazing to work with.
