I'll admit it: Planning a wedding was not my thing. I was generally overwhelmed and at some points just had to hope for the best with my vendors.
I had a huge bridal party who all were willing to help but I knew I needed a point person who had experience! I enlisted Lavinna's help for day of coordinating. My venue rented by the hour, so it would have cost me about the same if I hired someone to do the set-up as it was rent the venue for more hours and decorate ourselves. The trade-off was that I had to trust someone to do the set-up and even though I was able to pop in for literally five minutes, I would not see the final product until we were announced, long after our guests hadarrived. Kind of freaked me out.
I got Lavinna, who did it all for me. She and her team were amazing. She emailed me before the event to keep me on track for what she needed. The set-up was seamless and everything looked better than I could have hoped for. She kept us on track throughout the evening. Then they made clean-up look like a breeze.
As a bride, the time is flying by, the stress is high and you have a ton of people pulling you in a hundred different directions. Lavinna and her assistants were the best investment I made in ensuring my wedding was beautiful and fun. Thank you so much

Lavinna was very flexible in working in coming up with just the right wording for us. she changed things and was willing to alter things even the day of when we threw a guest reading in the mix.She was hired to be our officiant, however she never hesitated to offer additional flowers, planning help and checklists to make sure we thought of everything. She arrived early on the day of the wedding, helped calm this nervous bride, pitched in to help decorating and gave space when she thought we needed it. We invited her to stay and have dinner and she ate and bid us farewell so as not to take away from our family time. She was very professional and I believe we got 110% of her. She was always available by phone or email to answer any questions we had. I recommend her to anyone looking for a planner or officiant. Her prices are reasonable and like I've said before, you get way more than you pay for. You get a friend.

When I first started planning this wedding I knew that in an ideal world I would have a planner to help out. If I couldn't have a full on planner, I would at least have a day of planner. But as it would have it, it's not always an ideal world and it didn't look as if it was in our budget. However, I had someone recommend Lavinna to me for both Officiating the wedding and also as a day of coordinator.

When I first contacted Lavinna, I was so pleasantly surprised with what I found. She instantly responded to my e-mail with all of the answers I was looking for. Her pricing was beyond reasonable and unlike any others I had seen. It all seemed like a dream come true. I was very honest about the fact that my fiance hadn't been too convinced on the fact that we needed a day of coordinator. Instead of trying to sell me on the idea, she said that she wasn't going to sit there and tell me why I should have one, and understand that we needed to make the decision on our own without pushing me at all. What a relief!

Choosing Lavinna for both these positions was the best idea ever. She went beyond what was even in her contract. I probably e-mailed her back and forth 100 times and she responded quickly to each and every one. Not only that, but I had a major crisis with our venue that is every brides nightmare. The venue wouldn't even talk to me, and Lavinna swooped in and made them tell me what I wanted to hear!:D I can't thank her enough for that, considering I had been trying for 2 months and hearing nothing back from them!

The day of the wedding Lavinna was nothing short of spectacular. I'm not used to letting people help me, so she kept having to remind me that it was her job to do certain tasks. But she took care of everything. She set up decor, she paid our vendors, she made sure everything went smoothly. She stayed until the very end and helped tear down and clean everything. She was AMAZING!!!!

You will not have any regrets about using Lavinna! She's great!!!

Me and my husband had Lavinna be our officiate at our wedding. From the first time we met she was always there when we needed her. She was extremely flexible and we appreciated that so much. You don't find many officiates that will do a wedding on the 24th of November when its so close to a holiday. Especially at prices that don't kill your wallet. Lavinna made sure that everything was going smoothly and helped us tremendously with figuring out what needed to be done. Which is very nice for first timers like us who had no idea. She was a great person to work with and we strongly recommend her for any event.

Lavinna made my wedding ceremony a dream come true. I was stressed out and feeling drained. The beautiful person that she is, offered her shoulder for my to cry on if needed and she said, no matter what time of day or night to give her a call. I hired her as a wedding officiant and got much more then that... more like a supportive friend. Lavinna, you are such a beautiful person in and out. My husband and I had a very tiny elopement wedding. Lavinna met with us before our ceremony, got a feel for us as a couple and let us help with our vows. She was personable and professional. On our wedding day she was early to arrive and met all of our needs. We were very happy with her service and would recommend her to anyone.

Inexpensive, but I felt that she was just trying to get her money and go. Overall performance was okay.

I met with and hired Lavinna for my wedding. She was really nice, but I was not impressed by her services. In one of the final emails going over final details she said she would make sure to have a team with her for set-up and making sure things were done right and things went smoothly. Well on the day-of my wedding there was no team. We agreed she would have a team, but turned out my own family and friends and some of the wedding party ended up being her team. If I would have known that, I would have paid them instead of her. In addition, she wasn't even sure of when things were supposed to happen so we kept up with the timeline ourselves. I wasn't happy with her service at all and how she kept disappearing. I would not recommend her to anyone. She was very nice, but was disappointed with her service. I wouldn't be opposed to a refund.
