Ari was truly the single best investment we could have made for our wedding. She has become a true friend to us and we adore her and her team. Ari is INCREDIBLE. From day 1 she made us feel like our wedding was her #1 priority. She was extremely kind to us, our families and friends, and made us feel so taken care of. She accompanied us to our venue planning meeting and ran our rehearsal at the venue, two things she absolutely did not have to do. Ari was so on top of it from day 1. She shared helpful documents and planning materials with us. She made our entire day-of timeline and shared it with all of our vendors. She shared contact details with every vendor so it was easy for everyone involved to be aware of each other. She is incredibly detailed, organized, sharp, and efficient. But she’s also so sweet and just lovely! On the day of our wedding anytime I went up to her to ask if something had been taken care of she would just say “yes relax we are on it!”. I kept looking around throughout the day and asking myself “how is everything going so perfectly!?” The answer? ARI!!! Do not hesitate to book her as your planner or day of coordinator. Her entire team was also amazing and so sweet throughout the day. Ari is exceptional at her job and will make your wedding day the best ever.

I got married on 6/1/2024. I never thought that in my lifetime I would ever utter the words “the best day of my life!”

Ari is a beautiful and talented soul! She was incredibly professional, attentive to our wedding needs, detail-oriented, organized, and very understanding the entire six months that we worked together on my wedding!

Her assistant for that day, Katie was also phenomenal and supportive the entire time! They both worked very hard to ensure that the wedding flowed smoothly for my husband and I!

After our first phone call, I felt so excited to start my planning journey. Her happiness and delightful personality is infectious!! During such a stressful time, it was everything I needed to stay sane. She gave me the confidence our wedding day would be fantastic and I was always elated after speaking with her.
We met up a few months before our big day at our venue and walked through. Boy, did Ari make us feel incredibly special! She made us feel wonderful! She helped us envision the space and provided us with some expert feedback!
Ari and her assistant had everything under control! They paid a sweet visit to my room the morning of the wedding with treats, making us feel EXTRA special!
The day of the wedding and for weeks I've been receiving so many compliments about how wonderful my vendors were, specifically Ari and her team! We gave them a challenging task of setting up all of our decor. They knocked it out of the park! Everything was set up so perfectly. Ari's assistant followed me through the ceremony to make sure my dress was laid perfectly and my hair was intact. They had the timeline down and gave me updates throughout the night. Everything flowed so well! I mentioned to them, I'd like to be treated as a guest at my wedding and they delivered! It was an amazing day and we have them to thank for it!
Ari, you were the best decision we made! I had no clue what I was getting myself into when I began my wedding journey. I knew from our first phone call that you were going to be a light. I found a calm presence from you. It was always a joy to pick up the phone and get to speak with you. Going to miss that!
