My daughter hired Ari as her 'day of' coordinator and she couldn't have made a better choice! Ari and her team were top notch when it came to organization, planning and follow thru for the rehearsal and the wedding day. They were both professional and friendly, handling everything with ease (well, it looked like it was handled with ease, but I'm sure it was hard work!) I enjoyed talking with them during the evening and they made sure everything was ready for us to take with us at the end of the night. Thank you, Ari and Pristine! I don't have any more daughters, but I would recommend you to everyone I know! -

The BEST Event Planning Experience – Events by Ari
Let me start by saying: I could write a book about Events by Ari! This is hands-down the best full-service event planning company I’ve ever worked with. In fact, they were so incredible, we hired them for two back-to-back events.
I live in Michigan and was planning my brother’s 60th birthday celebration at Coasterra in San Diego, CA. Having never been to San Diego, I quickly realized I needed help navigating the local event scene. That’s when I found Events by Ari, and I’m so thankful I did.
From the very first email, Ariana had my full attention. She was warm, professional, and incredibly thorough—answering questions I hadn’t even thought to ask. Her pricing was also extremely reasonable, especially compared to others I contacted who offered fewer services at triple the cost.
Throughout the planning process, Ariana was a dream to work with. She connected me with top-tier vendors, ensured I was 1000% comfortable with every decision, and brought our vision to life with care and precision. When a vendor issue arose, she was already on it before I could finish texting her. That level of attentiveness made me feel like I was her only client.
Even my skeptical brother was blown away. After the event, he told her she’s a “SUPERSTAR!”—and he meant it.
Ariana didn’t just plan our event—she became part of our family. We were so impressed, we hired her again for a picnic the very next day. She truly lives up to her promise of being your consultant, friend, and detail-keeper. At one point, she saw me helping the photographer and gently stepped in so I could enjoy the moment. That meant the world to me.
When the events were over, I genuinely cried. It felt like saying goodbye to a dear friend.
If you’re considering hiring Events by Ari—do it. It will be the best decision you make for your special day.

My husband and I got married in April and hired Events by Ari for coordination. Ari was amazing!! She was very communicative, positive, and organized. Her expertise in planning and experience was evident from the start. Every concern or question we had, she responded promptly. She is easy to contact via email, text or phone.
The month of, she helped us navigate many hurdles that came up; i.e. our venue coordinator quitting and finding a DJ. She provided resources and advice to make sure everything went smoothly. The wedding day, my husband and I did not experience any stress as Ari took care of it all. She set up and torn down everything for the event. She helped us stay on track with our timeline and ensured everything was in place for a smooth day. Ari was a huge part of why our wedding truly was an incredible day! We would hire Ari again for any event as she and her team are phenomenal!

I truly appreciate everything you did to make our wedding day seamless, stress-free, fun, and unforgettable. As soon as the celebration ended, my husband and I both agreed that we would have spent every dollar in our bank account for a day that incredible!!! I couldn’t have brought my dream vision to life without you and your amazing team. You were always just a text away whenever I had uncertainties, truly acting as my right-hand girl. I felt so supported, acknowledged, and reassured throughout the entire process. Any stress I had, you immediately alleviated. Your organization was top-notch, and you fully embraced my vision, going above and beyond in every aspect. You were also fantastic at working within our budget, offering alternatives that stayed true to my vision while being mindful of costs. You sourced amazing vendors and guided us through the many decisions we faced along the way! On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and soak in every moment, focusing only on marrying my best friend. Every moment was so magical. Not a single hiccup happened (that I knew of) making it so special. Even on our honeymoon, my husband and I looked at each other and said, "It’s so sad we won’t get to talk to Ari all the time anymore..." We both miss you already! If I had to sum up Ari in one phrase, it would be "On it!" She never complicated anything; she just made it happen. I would recommend Ari to every single bride and groom!

I only have 3500 characters to write all the amazing things about Ari and her team. I can begin with the first time I spoke with her. After our first phone call, I felt so excited to start my planning journey. Her happiness and delightful personality is infectious!! During such a stressful time, it was everything I needed to stay sane. She gave me the confidence our wedding day would be fantastic and I was always elated after speaking with her.
We met up a few months before our big day at our venue and walked through. Boy, did Ari make us feel incredibly special! She made us feel wonderful! She helped us envision the space and provided us with some expert feedback!
Ari and her assistant had everything under control! They paid a sweet visit to my room the morning of the wedding with treats, making us feel EXTRA special!
The day of the wedding and for weeks I've been receiving so many compliments about how wonderful my vendors were, specifically Ari and her team! We gave them a challenging task of setting up all of our decor. They knocked it out of the park! Everything was set up so perfectly. Ari's assistant followed me through the ceremony to make sure my dress was laid perfectly and my hair was intact. They had the timeline down and gave me updates throughout the night. Everything flowed so well! I mentioned to them, I'd like to be treated as a guest at my wedding and they delivered! It was an amazing day and we have them to thank for it!
Ari, you were the best decision we made! I had no clue what I was getting myself into when I began my wedding journey. I knew from our first phone call that you were going to be a light. I found a calm presence from you. It was always a joy to pick up the phone and get to speak with you. Going to miss that! I got married on 6/1/2024. I never thought that in my lifetime I would ever utter the words “the best day of my life!”
This is with the support and care of Ariana Rodriguez of “Events by Ari” and her fabulous team!
Ari is a beautiful and talented soul! She was incredibly professional, attentive to our wedding needs, detail-oriented, organized, and very understanding the entire six months that we worked together on my wedding!
I am so blessed that I had the opportunity for her to coordinate our wedding!
Her assistant for that day, Katie was also phenomenal and supportive the entire time! They both worked very hard to ensure that the wedding flowed smoothly for my husband and I!
I felt so at ease knowing that Ari was in charge! With her wealth of experience, she was the best advocate for us throughout the entire planning process!
We cannot express how much love and appreciation we have for Events by Ari for making our wedding day a real life fairy tale event! -

I would give Ariana my kidney
I don’t think there are enough words in the dictionary to describe the service Ariana provided me and my husband throughout our wedding planning process. We went with her partial planning package and it was the best decision ever! When I contacted Ari, I had some of the big things already planned out but really struggled on the little, minute, details around decor, coordination, timelines and vendor management. Oftentimes I struggle with being indecisive and Ari’s expertise just knew what to do in every single scenario. She knew my budget and understood what was important to me and what wasn’t. She was my sounding board in a world of chaos and felt like a true friend throughout the process. We had a lot of laughs and throughout my uncertainty, she always helped me make the best decision and always kept the focus on me and my husband. We received so many compliments at our wedding where people said it was the best wedding they ever been to from coordination, schedules and decor - and absolutely none of it could have happened without her and her team. On the day of my wedding I was a nervous wreck but Ariana calmed my nerves and took care of everything. I would trust her with my life!!! She was simply the best and if I ever get married again (hopefully not lol) or have another big event to plan, I will 100% use Events By Ari! -

We are so grateful to have found Ari. My fiancé and I opted on having a backyard wedding and did most of the planning ourselves. Originally, we weren't going to have a coordinator but we decided to look for one after realizing how much went into the scheduling for the day. We came across Events by Ari and I have to say we are SO grateful that we did. Ariana was so kind and helpful from the start. We hired her and her team for a day of coordination. About 3 weeks before our wedding day we got to have a very in depth zoom meeting (we live out of the San Diego area so meeting in person wasn't exactly an option for us!). We went over every little detail about what we had already booked, things we needed help or suggestions with and timing of how we wanted our day to go. She was the point of contact for our vendors, created an in depth schedule for our day that she shared with our vendors, and even helped to set decor. No matter what we came to her with, she made us feel absolutely confident that it would get done or there was a solution. On the day of the wedding, we would turn around and the next event on our timeline would be in place and ready to go. We are very hands on and do it ourselves kind of people and we were blown away by the way in which Ari and her team were able to execute things without us even noticing. Our day went so smoothly because of her and we can't imagine our day without Ari and her team! She has an extremely calm, confident and kind demeanor, is so personable and you can tell that she is passionate about what she does. We are so happy to have found her. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Ari is a literal ANGEL
We cannot express how happy and grateful we are with the way our special day turned out. This could not have been possible without the team at Events by Ari. From our first meeting with Ariana, she was friendly and very informative. She walked us through what a usual timeline looks like, and answered all our questions with patience and kindness, even if they were redundant and fueled by wedding planning anxiety. She made the process so easy, and was extremely helpful. Whenever we reached out with a question or concern, we would always receive a prompt, helpful response. When the big day finally came, everything flowed so well! We were just able to enjoy ourselves and party with our loved ones. Our mixed culture wedding incorporated a variety of traditions that the team was more than happy to facilitate.
It was truly one of the best day of our lives, and the ways in which Ariana helped make that happen cannot be understated. We would recommend Events by Ari to all our friends thinking about getting married! (Honestly though, all our friends have already expressed how awesome the team was that day, and cannot wait to engage their services for their own special day :)). -

Absolutely Perfect!
Look no further - Ari is the absolute best wedding coordinator anyone can ask for! We got married at South Coast Winery in Temecula and from the initial call with Ari I knew my wedding was in good hands. She is kind and patient and never got flustered. My family kept commenting to me how much they liked her and how good she was. Ari has an eye for detail and was able to setup our decor items better than I could have ever envisioned. We also did our own florals and Ari setup all our arrangements. She collected our decor and personal items at the end of the night and brought them back to our suite, she handled everything with the utmost care and attention. Thank you Ari for everything you!! Our wedding was absolutely perfect because you were handling everything with a smile on your face! -

Where do I start.. I've searched & reached out to many companies for wedding coordination services and I am so happy that I found Ari and her team.
My wedding was on 5/6/23 at Europa Village winery in Temecula and contracted with Ari & her team for day of coordination.
I met with Ari for the first time via FaceTime and loved her from the start. She provided a thorough overview of her services for the day and eliminated any concerns/hesitations.
Throughout the duration of time leading up to the big day, we were having difficulty finding a DJ and officiant. I reached out to Ari and she was able to provide a long list of referrals which ultimately led us to securing a great DJ.
Ari is very organized and punctual--she provided a thorough document for us to fill out, which included things like our story, timeline (order of wedding party), and a list of decor and placement. We had a rehearsal the day before and Ari arrived early and provided a seamless run through.
On our wedding day, everything was amazing. Let's just say Ari and her team knew the assignment. Ari and her team were so attentive and really made stress nonexistent. They coordinated with our vendors and set everything up as pictured. It was super windy that day and glasses were knocking down & a few shattered--Ari and her team quickly pivoted and got everything handled in no time. The florist also forgot our petals for the aisle, Ari caught that on the decor list and was able to handle that situation with the florist. Her team even offered to help me take pictures on my phone!
At the end of the wedding, Ari and her team put all of the items/decor back nicely & provided an inventory list of everything.
Ari and her team are just amazing & I cannot recommend them enough! I wish I was able to get a picture with them that day. Whether you're looking for coordination services throughout planning or day of, Events by Ari has so many options. You will not be disappointed. -

Look no further for your wedding planning coordinator! We are beyond grateful to have had Events by Ari on such an important day in our lives and throughout the journey to “I Do.” Ari understood our vision and executed it all so lovely. We had some crazy weather on our wedding day and despite the craziness that was out of our control, she made it the best day for us. At the end of the day we all truly enjoyed ourselves. Wedding planning can be stressful enough, I appreciated Ari's calmness, positivity, and reassurance that everything was going to be okay. I had the pleasure of knowing Ari's work ahead of time for my best friends wedding and I knew I would love to have her as my planner for mine as well. So I've seen her lovely work twice! Best coordinator ever!
Choosing Ari to be our coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! My husband and I are from Canada and planned our entire California wedding online. Over the past 2 years we've had endless emails with Ari and had to make so many changes throughout the pandemic, but she was nothing short of amazing. On the day of our wedding, her and her assistant Cristina made us feel well taken care of so we could relax and enjoy everything. After spending a year planning every aspect of the wedding by myself, I realized our date was quickly approaching and that I could not possibly handle the 'day of' checklist items on my own as I originally had thought. I began to scramble to find someone available for our date who could just jump in where I left off with the planning on our wedding day to coordinate the vendors, bridal party and set up the decor. She was the only event planner I spoke to that was willing to take on my last minute day-of planning gig. She patiently answered my endless questions until I was satisfied I had found the right fit and finally booked her. I was confident she would be able to execute our vision for the wedding day to a T. Ari took it a step further and surpassed our expectations by anticipating our every need and stepping in to diffuse potential crises before they even developed. It was that same calm, cool and collected demeanor that she had from the jump that kept us smiling and enjoying our special day without worry or fear. She was phenomenal (as was her assistant!) and I regret not hiring her sooner to simplify the entire planning process. -

Hire Ari - you won't regret it
Ari was the coordinator for our wedding in September. She and her assistant Katie were absolutely incredible. Hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Ari was incredibly kind, attentive, and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. Then, wrench in the works...it POURED the day of our wedding and we had to completely change plans from our outdoor ceremony and reception to have both indoors. Ari handled the change without missing a beat, and probably did far more than I'm even aware of to make our dream wedding still possible. She even called her brother to come and help move everything inside. I'm certain our wedding would not have turned out as great as it did without her. We could not be more grateful to Ari and her team. Thank you SO much Ari, from the bottom of our hearts. -

I never imagined ever wanting or needing a wedding planner. When I planned out our 4.4.2020 wedding at our mostly all-inclusive venue, I gave myself 18 months to get it done. It was a lot of work but I felt like with the help of family and the venue staff, I had it under control.
I found Ari a year ago after we had to cancel our original wedding date due to Covid. At that point, our original wedding plans were completely set and we were just a few weeks out. It seemed like all our plans were crashing down and I couldn’t imagine having to reschedule and replan with my entire vendor team all over again. I found Ari and was completely honest with her. We no longer had a venue and most of the important vendors that came with our initial venue. I showed her what we had, what we lost and all the things we needed.
I knew I needed her services because at that point it was all about setting priorities. I could stress for another year and try to do it myself all over again, or I could hand it over to a professional who will make it so much easier for me to truly enjoy my day and also live again.
The events by Ari team was amazing. Every time I would communicate with her prior to the big day I would feel a great weight lifted off my shoulders. She is so efficient at getting things done and communicating with vendors.
She literally thinks of everything. I mean- she even remembered that I changed into my sneakers halfway through the night and helped me change out of them just before the garter toss.
This wedding was difficult for me to hand over at first because I had an idea of how I wanted everything to be (how could I not after 2.5 years of planning and re-planning). But Ari really tunes in and listens. She never made me feel like any idea I had was “out of the ordinary” or “extra” and I never felt like she wasn’t listening to me. (You know those vendors that listen and seem like they understand your request, but just do their own thing anyway?- she’s the complete opposite.) She listens, she is helpful, she makes great recommendations, stays on schedule and does it all so gracefully.
Throughout the process I would tell my friends and family- although I never imagined getting a wedding planner- this was the best decision I made for the wedding. I honestly was stress free on my wedding day (aside from my vows, but that’s a whole different type of stress. Lol)
When I walked into our family’s driveway and it was completely transformed to a wedding venue I was at a loss for words. It was everything I wanted and more.
Ari knows how to wrangle all the vendors and wedding party like a sports team coach. It truly was amazing. If you want to enjoy your day with your family and friends and not worry if your vision will be brought to life, then Please please please consider Events by Ari. You will not be disappointed. -

I have so much to say about Ariana so let me start with the "long story short" version: Hire Ariana. She will save you time, money, and stress. She is worth every penny and MORE.
Here is my full review:
I was a very hands on bride who planned to do everything myself. Early on in the planning phase, I realized I will get overwhelmed easily trying to keep track of all the vendors on top of making everything for my wedding. I never dreamed I'd be able to hire a coordinator. I spent several weeks researching coordinators. (Quick tip: don't just pick the first person. You're going to work with this coordinator for months, find someone that you are compatible with.) First time meeting Ari, I KNEW she was going to be perfect for me. I had an unconventional Halloween Wedding idea for the wedding that not many people understood. Ari did and she found me the best vendors for all my needs that also blended perfectly with my theme. I hired Ari more than a year before my wedding. She didn't have to start helping me so early on, but she did. I can't stress this enough; Ariana went above and beyond to help put together my vendors. On top of that, it's obvious she is a true expert. She pointed out so many important details I wouldn't have even known to consider.
Prior to the wedding, we met once for an initial meeting and most of our communication was done through email. Ari's communication was perfect for me. For the most part she responded within 24hrs. Faster for more urgent matters, but I always felt comfortable knowing she would definitely be there and not disappear.
The week of the wedding, Ari made me feel like I was her only client. She was so attentive to my needs and not only did it make me feel special, but I knew my wedding was in the right hands. During the walk through of the venue, Ari really shined. She knew what to do step by step. Trust me, I thought I had everything thought out and accounted for; nope. But, thank god I had her guiding me.
We had issues with the venue double booking a morning event the same day as my evening wedding (The ultimate nightmare right?!) I booked my venue a year and a half in advance, and this other event was only booked a few weeks before.
In the end, we were forced to compromise with the use of our venue and the hours we thought we had to set up for the wedding was reduced significantly. Ariana, turned from the sweetest fairy godmother, into a frigging pit bull - And I truly mean this as a compliment!! The venue owners weren't communicating to us and not answering calls, but Ariana was on their butts to get things resolved. On the day of the wedding, the guests of the event that was double booked ended up being extremely rude and forced Ariana and her team to have even less time to set up my wedding. They were not able to do very much throughout the day and in the end, they really had about an hour maybe an hour and a half to set up my whole wedding. Let me say that again: ARIANA AND HER TEAM SET UP MY WHOLE WEDDING IN ABOUT AN HOUR; HOUR AND A HALF AT MOST.
(Please don't make her set up your wedding in that short a time. That was truly an impossible task and she only did it because circumstances forced her to.)
Shout out to her assistant and her team. Wow. They put together everything so lovely.
And when it was time to tear everything down, they were just as quick and efficient. In the end, I was so happy with her service. My family was so happy with her service; my dad was especially impressed.
One of the things I'm most grateful about my wedding was finding Ariana. I felt like I was working with a friend. -
