Great wedding coordinator!!

Pam was the absolute best wedding coordinator! So kind, thoughtful, and on top of everything! Grateful for all she did for us! Made our entire wedding process much better. Highly recommend!

Wedding Planner

I hired Event Serendipty as a month of coordinator. Pam helped me throughout the process via email, zoom, and phone calls when I needed help with vendors or simple questions. On the day of Pam and her team really helped coordinate and help where everyone was supposed to be and when things were supposed to happen! I recommend her for your planner and even honeymoon trip advisor! We just got back from our Bahamas honeymoon she planned for us and we didn’t haven’t to worry about a thing while there. She set up our transportation to the resort and back to airport and made sure we were able to relax and enjoy our time!

Our Galactic Wedding

Pam was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding in 2021! She was sweet, kind, open to our crazy ideas for our Star Wars wedding and more. Pam and her team were a blessing I WISH I had for my first wedding. Everything from the set up, to the ceremony, to the coordination with our DJ, to cake and clean up.

Pam followed up with us afterwards to ensure we were doing well! She is also a travel agent and offered to aid us in our honeymoon plans!

Excellent customer service

Pam was an instrumental part in planning our daughter's wedding. She provided excellent customer service, answered our questions promptly and was the perfect person to choose. We will be choosing her services again for our second daughter's wedding for sure!!!

Kind and genuine planning

Pam was amazing, she guided me through the planning process and was my brain the month leading up to the wedding. Everything day of the wedding was so organized, all the vendors and guests set up with no problem. She even gracefully handled my decision to have a kid walk a dog down the aisle and had a solution for when it went sideways. Kind, compassionate planning that made me and my decisions feel valued every step of the way.

5 Stars Aren’t Enough

Oh where to begin! As a former event planner, I knew I needed to find an amazing planner to take the reins the day of—that was the only way I would relax. When I met Pam at a Bridal Expo, I knew I had met my match. I learned very quickly that planning a wedding is above and beyond the events I used to plan. Pam and her team were absolutely fantastic. When you’re unfamiliar with all things weddings, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. I always felt better after every communication with Pam. On the wedding day, there were two rather major changes that needed to be made, but Pam and Margaret were absolute pros working with the vendors to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I received so many amazing compliments on Pam from my vendors and my family. I cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Five-star plus!

We love Event-Serendipity and would give more than 5 stars for this review if it was possible! Pam coordinated our daughter’s wedding this year and working with her was a joy! From the first day of planning, we were blown away by Pam’s organizational skills, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She gave thoughtful advice when asked and she thoroughly covered every detail leading up to the big day. We planned one daughter’s wedding without the support of a planner, and I would never do that again. Pam’s calm demeanor and expertise allowed us to relax and enjoy the wedding and reception. She and her assistant worked incredibly hard to make sure our daughter and son-in-law’s special day was just the way they dreamed it! We would absolutely recommend her to any family planning a wedding or special occasion!

Incredible service down to every last detail

I am so blown away by how precise Event Serendipity was at planning every single detail of my wedding. I had a very different vision and Pam helped me through it every step of the way. My wedding absolutely exceeded my expectations, and i couldn’t have done it without her. She was persistent with the vendors, and had our timeline written out to every last minute! I highly recommend trusting event serendipity with the most important day of your life. Helpful, kind, devoted, and passionate. Pam is one of a kind!

Highly recommend!

Pam was great, professional, and helpful. She made my wedding day run so smoothly. She was well organized and I highly recommend her for anyone who would like to be able to relax on their wedding day and not worry about schedules, she will do that for you!
