Pam was amazing, she guided me through the planning process and was my brain the month leading up to the wedding. Everything day of the wedding was so organized, all the vendors and guests set up with no problem. She even gracefully handled my decision to have a kid walk a dog down the aisle and had a solution for when it went sideways. Kind, compassionate planning that made me and my decisions feel valued every step of the way. -

I am so blown away by how precise Event Serendipity was at planning every single detail of my wedding. I had a very different vision and Pam helped me through it every step of the way. My wedding absolutely exceeded my expectations, and i couldn’t have done it without her. She was persistent with the vendors, and had our timeline written out to every last minute! I highly recommend trusting event serendipity with the most important day of your life. Helpful, kind, devoted, and passionate. Pam is one of a kind! -

My fiance and I recently got engaged, and with all the excitement of wedding planning in the air I found myself wondering where to begin! I reached out to Pam McClendon with Event-Serendipity to help me get started, and she was so patient with me! I decided to ask her to help find the venue only - very affordable (and she offers teacher discounts). She quickly gave me several choices along with details about each venue! Throughout the whole process she was consistently available to communicate when needed, and she was so friendly! I am so happy Pam was able to help us find the place we'll say "I Do!" -

Pam at Event Serendipity helped me every step of the way with my wedding planning, going above and beyond to come to vendor meetings with me beforehand, coming up with a great schedule and coordinating with everyone so we didn't have to worry at all, perfectly executing my creative vision in the decor, and generally ensuring that everything went off without a hitch on the big day. The lemonade stand setup at my ceremony site was so gorgeous and entirely her idea. I'm still getting compliments on my wedding from my guests months later, and that's definitely in large part due to all her hard work. I can't recommend her highly enough - she will make your planning process and your wedding day beautiful and stress-free! -

I have always believed that a wedding planners job was to help take stress off of the bride. Pam did the opposite for me. From the beginning to the very end, I was let down. Pam was not very organized at all, and seemed to be unexperienced. For the most part, I initiated contact and sent reminders. They day of my wedding she only saw me because I was upstairs taking care of things. She did not come check on me once! Between her and her assistant, the groomsman almost walked down the aisle without boutonnieres because they were in the area where the girls were getting ready. She did not make it a point to say goodbye before she left, and it's been two weeks and no follow up of congratulations. Of all the vendors, she was the most disappointing. My intentions on writing this review is to warn you to not make the same mistake in hiring this team a I did. I wish you all the very best in finding a great wedding planner!
