We can't rave about Natalie and Tyler ENOUGH! They truly made our wedding day phenomenal and are the perfect planning duo for helping couples carrying out their vision. From coordinating timelines and details with the vendors and staging the ceremony and reception spaces, they took all the worry away about wedding day logistics. Natalie is so incredibly patient, organized, and detail-oriented. Her calm demeanor was such a blessing during the entire planning period and throughout any day-of last-minute changes. Tyler literally sprung to action to help a family member before our ceremony started. I really can't imagine how the day would've gone without them. They are both such kind, amazing people to work with. Highly recommend E&R!

Eucalyptus & Rose was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I did quite a bit of DIY and didn’t want to shoulder family members with the responsibility of setting it up the day of. So we went with the Month-of-Coordination option and it was perfect. Natalie was easy to communicate with, super organized, and very professional. And on the day of the wedding, her and Tyler are just the epitome of calmness. I don’t know how we would’ve done it all without them. It was invaluable having someone support you and cover the details so you and your family can enjoy your big day.

We were recommended Eucalyptus & Rose (Natalie and Tyler) from another bride so we already knew they were excellent from another source. From the beginning Natalie was friendly, kind, and professional. She provided guidance and resources prior to the month of, but really stepped in and took the lead the month of the wedding as per her services. She took over communication with our vendors so we would not have to think about or worry over the fine details. She thought of things only a professional would and that is why you NEED her. She was receptive to our constant e-mails and last minute changes. Our wedding day exceeded expectations and E&R was a big part of that. On the day of we saw their amazing execution, professionalism, and kindness at work. If I had to do this all over I would choose to work with E&R again, with no hesitation.

Working with Eucalyptus and Rose was genuinely one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. My husband and I felt so covered and supported by Natalie and Tyler the month leading up to our wedding. Natalie was completely available to me our entire wedding planning process. She provided extremely helpful month by month checklists for our entire process. The month leading up to the wedding she became the main contact for all of our vendors. Natalie covered everything from small details to negotiating major issues with one vendor regarding an insurance issue. It’s hard to accurately communicate the peace she brought the month leading up to the wedding. Our other vendors loved working with her. They all communicated that she was kind, quick to respond, and very organized. My husband and I got married in Winter Park on 10/2/22. Days before our wedding, Hurricane Ian devastated many parts of Florida, including the Orlando area. The Day Ian hit Orlando (three days before our wedding), Tyler and Natalie drove to our wedding venue in bad weather to assess the damage and see if the power was on. They sent my husband and I videos of the area and helped answer any questions they could. I found out after the wedding that Natalie had proactively emailed all of our vendors and told them not to email or contact me at all regarding the hurricane, because she didn’t want to add to our stress, but to only contact her with hurricane related questions or updates. I am still somewhat in shock over the level Natalie and Tyler fought for and protected my husband and I from any stress they could while they were dealing with their own stress from living in an area hit hard by the hurricane.

Knowing what I do now, I would literally change my wedding date if necessary to have Natalie and Tyler as my wedding coordinators. They are kind and fun, but also the strong and professional leaders you need for your planning and wedding day. Also, all of my family and other vendors loved working with them. My brother has already reached out to get their information for a friend’s wedding because he was so blown away by Natalie and Tyler on our wedding weekend. Do not hesitate to hire and work with them. They will be a gift to you and everyone involved in your wedding.

I booked Eucalyptus and Rose about two years out from my wedding, and while it was only month of services, Natalie helped me throughout the entire process. Always able to reach out to vendors, give me advice, and make sure I was on track.

We met up about a month out from our wedding, and Natalie made sure everything was planned and that she understood exactly what we wanted for our big day. She reached out to all our vendors, made sure everyone was on the same page, and went above and beyond to make sure going into wedding day we were totally set.

As for wedding day….. Natalie and Tyler made sure literally everything was taken care of. Set up, organization, sticking to our timeline, and clean up was taken care of by them. If something went wrong, I have zero idea because they took care of EVERYTHING. When I was told I needed a planner I thought to myself “eh, nah” but now I have no idea how I would have gotten through wedding day without Natalie and Tyler.

There are people who do their job for a paycheck, and then there are people who do their job because they truly love it. Eucalyptus and Rose falls into that second category. They are thoughtful, hard working, organized, and all around the best at what they do. We would use them over and over and over.

Natalie and Tyler are just great people - if they hadn’t been our planners, they are definitely the type of people we’d easily befriend and want at our wedding anyways.

I don't even know where to begin with how incredibly amazing and essential Natalie & Tyler were to our wedding. They were consistently in contact with us and our vendors leading up to the day of. Natalie helped finalize the perfect itinerary while giving recommendations with her expertise. We had some last minute additions, had to make rain plans, and make some audibles week of and they we're incredibly patient with us and helped relay all of this to our vendors. We seriously would have stressed ourselves out to death without them for that week alone. On the day of, Natalie was familiar with our venue, and ensured that everything went off with a hitch. We even DYI'd a lot of our decorations for our vision and Natalie/Tyler helped unpack the loading van and set up each individual table! You can't find another wedding planner that would go to this level of effort to ensure your vision was made. During the day, she let us know when it was time for cake, or to take photos, etc. We never had to worry about missing anything, so we could just focus on each other and tearing up the dance floor. Plus, they're both just incredibly kind & fun which is just the cherry on top. Seriously, stop looking elsewhere. This is THE wedding planner you're looking for. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Natalie and Tyler are such a good team! Hiring them was the single best wedding decision I made. Natalie was diligent about sending monthly checklists to make sure I was staying on track and then fully stepped in and took over the month of my wedding to communicate with vendors. There are so many details that go into that vital time period that can be overwhelming to the couple getting married. The actual day of the wedding went flawlessly and they didn't miss a beat! They set up my venue beautifully with the minimal instruction I gave them beforehand and were happy to change course at any moment. We had a lot of decor that we didn't have a set plan for and they placed everything creatively and romantically! We were so happy our family and friends could simply enjoy the event instead of helping us set up. We highly recommend Eucalyptus and Rose to coordinate your dream wedding!

Eucalyptus and Rose were amazing! I was so overwhelmed with the planning process. Natalie took everything head on and completely took away all of my stress! Our wedding was beautiful and ran so smoothly. Any problems that arose were dealt with and I had absolutely no worries day of. Natalie went above and beyond and we're so appreciative of all of her hard work!

Natalie has been amazing!! She touched base with me every month counting down to the very big day. She was on top of things and did everything she could so I could relax and enjoy my special day! Esp when there was some hiccups throughout the night, Natalie could sense it and came to my rescue!! With that, she made my night so perfect!!! She will be my recommendation for everything!! She is the absolute BEST!!
