Ester is an absolute gem!! I loved working with her from the beginning. She was always on time, was organized and thorough, and had an extremely high level of professionalism. She knew the right questions to ask to keep us on track and was helpful with every aspect of planning.

On the day of our wedding she was amazing! I felt so taken care of and stress free because I knew that Ester had everything in hand. I was a crafty bride and had many decor items and table decorations. Ester made sure that they went up without a hitch and looked beautiful! She checked in with me on a regular basis to make sure I didn't need anything, put a glass of champagne in my hand during the speeches and made sure we got plates from our cheese table. She dealt with a few behind the scenes emergencies too (there was a groomsman pants incident), that I never even knew about!

Because of Ester my wedding day for me, my bridal party and my family was all about enjoying the day and having fun. My mom, who was at first skeptical about needing a coordinator, commented the night of the wedding that she didn't know what she would have done without Ester! I cannot recommend Ester highly enough!!

Ester is fantastic! She handled all the twists & turns of our wedding with a can-do attitude that made us feel so at ease. We were planning on an outdoor wedding that got rained out last second, and she seamlessly managed the switch up.

She is fun, more than capable, & doesn't let any detail slip through the cracks. Cannot recommend her enough!

Ester is amazing at event coordination! Our wedding day ran very smoothly and was stress-free. Ester was very flexible and made good decisions under a tight time constraint. When we woke up to a rainy morning, Ester adapted our wedding timeline plan to change setup for our outdoor ceremony. Under her guidance, we waited to set up outside, then miraculously the sun came out, and Ester led our group in setting everything up quickly yet meticulously. Ester was great interacting with our friends and family throughout a high energy day. She even brought food to my wife's grandparents so they wouldn't need to stand in the buffet line. Several family members commented on how impressed they were with her. Ester really did think of everything, even handing out streamers to guests for our grand exit! Overall, Ester is calm under pressure, well-organized, and all in all a great person!

Ester is a dream. She was great to work with, from our first meeting to our big send-off at the end of the night. She's very detail-oriented and thought of so many little things that would never even have occurred to me (but were super important!). She's great at making decisions about set up, decor, etc. while you're off getting ready, and honestly made better choices than I would. She executed our timeline perfectly, and even was willing to manage a crazy self-DJing situation that involved me emailing her at all hours in the days leading up to the wedding, and making requests and changing plans during the reception! Our wedding would seriously have been a mess without her help. Wedding MVP!

Ester was very easy to work with and was very good at anticipating needs for my wedding. I brought her on to help out pretty last minute, and she jumped right in and made the wedding flow beautifully.

Worth it!! Ester is the perfect mix of calm and collected. She met with us to help with logistics, ran our trial run the day before the wedding and on wedding day she totally let me unload my list of to do’s on her so that I could enjoy the day stress free and know she had it handled. I debated getting a wedding coordinator but as the day got closer I knew I wanted to enjoy it and not worry about all the little details. Ester made that possible!! She managed helping direct the setup, the cleaning staff, the dj, the timing, and mitigated any problems so well that I didn’t even know if something went wrong. Best idea ever to go with her!!

Ester was a huge part of having our wedding be a stress-free, seamless day! From our initial consultation, she was extremely well organized, prepared, easy to get along with, and understanding of our vision for the day. On the wedding day, she coordinated a massive amount from of setup, relative-wrangling, keeping us on schedule, and making sure my husband and I had a chance to eat. As someone who did the majority of their own wedding planning/DIY-ing, it was perfect to have Ester as someone to bring everything together on the big day.
