If you are looking for the best DJ in town, look no further. Essence entertainment is amazing! We had a multicultural reception and wanted to make sure the music fitted all of our guests and he did it! My husband and I are huge Blackhawks fans as well as our bridal party so he even announced the score for us through out the reception. I will recommend them for anyone looking for a great DJ!!! You rock, Rich!!

We were recommended to Essence by a co worker and are very happy with our decision. We initially were referred to Rich but he was unavailable on our special day and worked with Scott instead. Scott was great. He was involved in the wedding without being too involved. Spoke but not too much and you could tell he had an outgoing personality. Rich was the go to person and was very responsive and even met with us at our venue to confirm the color and placement of our uplighting. Scott made an effort to pronounce all of the names correctly and he did a great job. He dressed professionally too. We have no complaints! Thanks guys!

Rich was amazing to have as a DJ for our wedding. Everyone that attended had a great time and we did as well. I definitely recommend them to DJ any event!
