Endive was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. My husband and I are big food lovers and we wanted to make sure the caterer we booked could give us amazing food on our wedding day. The endive team went above and beyond! We worked with Stephanie who was amazing from start to finish! From the tasting to our wedding day, the food was absolutely delicious. All of our guests raved about how it was the best wedding food they've had to date.

From the moment I had a telephone conversation with Stephanie 15 or 16 months before the wedding, I knew this was the vendor for us. She made everything so effortless as the wedding was being planned from California.
The food was fantastic, beyond what we hoped for. We had the crusted red snapper, tomato basil salad, butternut squash, honey Dijon chicken, bistro filet over mashed potatoes. Our guests raved about the food stating it was not typical wedding food. The passed late night snack of BETTER than chik-fil-a chicken sandwiches was definitely a crowd pleaser! The crème brûlée is a must!
To recap, if I didn’t have that initial contact with Stephanie I am not sure we would have had the pleasure of hiring Endive to cater my daughters’ wedding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Stephanie!

My husband and I got married March 2, 2024 and used Endive as our reception catering partner for our 150-person, sit-down plated dinner. Our experience with Endive, top to bottom, was incredible.

Endive was one of nine catering companies that partnered with our venue, but truly our front runner from the very beginning. My husband had been a patron at their restaurant before it closed (but they utilize it for wedding tastings, which was fun!), and I knew of their reputation. A great caterer was high on our wedding priority list – good food was a must for us and our guests, many who are from New Orleans (city of good food!) so we were a discerning crowd!

Stephanie, our catering manager, was professional and responsive from the very first communication, working with us to perfect our menu while accommodating our budget and preferences.

Our private tasting was truly a lovely experience. We got to sample a chef’s selection of several different hors d’oeuvres, salads, entrees & sides and desserts, presented gorgeously how they would be on wedding day (including a few that we’d requested ahead of time after reviewing the menu). It was fresh, well-prepared, and incredibly tasty. Narrowing down our choices was hard! But Stephanie was helpful there as well, helping us craft a well-balanced menu, and even sending us home with leftovers (of which there were many).

On wedding day, Endive ran like a well-oiled machine. They were communicative with our wedding planner, and prompt day of. Everything came out hot, on time and we got compliment after compliment from our guests. The staff on site was amazing as well – very professional, friendly and attentive to our guests while treating my husband and I like a king and queen. They accommodated every allergy request we submitted (about 6) and even adapted seamlessly on-site to 2 guests’ allergies we were not aware of beforehand, by customizing their dishes on site. Truly this team went above and beyond to make sure ourselves and our guests were well-served and happy.

- Hors d’overes: roasted duck flatbread, the Philly cheesesteak puff pastry bites, goat cheese stuffed endive leaves
- Salad: Tomato Basil mixed green salad
- Duo entrée: Filet + Stuffed Snapper with asiago stuffed potatoes and veggie medley
- Dessert: Crème Brulee

All and all, Endive was a fantastic catering partner for our wedding. From the sales team, to the chefs, to the servers and catering managers, their staff did everything in their power to make our experience and the experience of our guests seamless. Their prices are reasonable, and the quality of food and service you get is stellar. Highly, highly recommend to any engaged couples!
