Lori and her team are absolutely phenomenal!!! Elegant Expressions catered our wedding on October 7th, 2023 and we can't say enough good things about them. Our experience was amazing from the very first call with Lori as well as our two tastings we had to make sure our menu was as perfect as we could make it. Lori had such creative ideas for both our cocktail hour and dinner menu and we LOVED the family style dinner. We got so many compliments from friends and family on how tasty the food was and that they loved the family style service. I also can't forget to add the amazing basket of goodies that Lori put together for us at the end of the night. We had boxes of every single item on our menu, our desserts, a bottle of champagne and glasses as well as an amazing wood framed sign that had our wedding date and menu on it. It was so thoughtful and something we'll keep forever. We can't thank Elegant Expressions enough for making this part of our wedding so amazing and easy. 10/10 recommend!!

Lori and her team made everything perfect for our wedding day!! We are still receiving compliments from guests about how amazing the food tasted. Lori incorporated the perfect southern cuisine into our elegant wedding style. The food tasted better than I could ever have imagined! Lori herself served me and my husband, while the guests were served family style. All the food was fresh and cooked on site. At the end of the night, Lori created a basket of food for my husband and I to take with us. You cannot go wrong with Elegant Expressions!! The most delicious food and the best service!

Lori went above and beyond to make (both) our wedding day so special! When Covid hit and we had to postpone our wedding celebration, Lori was so understanding and willing to work with us to make the switch. Her food is AMAZING and you will not regret choosing her!

I am still receiving compliments about the food at our wedding. Lori cooked everything on site with a kitchen she brought with her and BUILT the day of the ceremony. Lori’s ability to integrate tablescape design and five star quality cuisine is second to none. She welcomes you into her home for the tastings and you quickly feel like part of the family. My husband’s main concern on the wedding day was the rumors that the bride and groom never get to eat, Lori makes sure that doesn’t happen! She brought us an entire sampler platter to enjoy during our post ceremony photos of everything that was being served at cocktail hour. She took our order for dinner and served us at the head table! We got to try everything we picked for our guests and then some! She is so creative and has an extensive menu to pick and choose your perfect meal!

Lori and her staff were incredible!! The service was impeccable and the food was more than delicious. So many of our guests raved about the how good the food was. The special touches she added were so thoughtful and appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Elegant Expressions again!

Lori Corley of Elegant Expressions Catering did an outstanding job for Lauren's wedding. Her team is professional and top-notch. The tasting Lori offered matched the food served at the wedding reception exactly. The reception buffet tasted wonderful, looked beautiful, and we received many positive comments about the food. There were no surprises and we are so happy with the entire experience using Lori and her team. I added some drinks close to the wedding date and she accommodated with no hesitation. She went above and beyond to provide food & drink service (including champagne to celebrate) to the bride and groom after the ceremony before everyone else appeared to say congratulations at the cocktail hour and reception. And then of course they had a meal when all the guests ate. To top it off, Lori prepared a lovely meal in a basket as the bride and groom were leaving the wedding to take with them on their wedding night...including food, wedding cake, and wine along with wine glasses! She thought of everything! I would certainly use Elegant Expressions Catering again without a second thought. Lori is a delight. You won't be disappointed.

Lori helped make our wedding day so special--- she is amazing and will exceed all of your expectations! As expected, the food was absolutely fabulous. Guest after guest commented on every detail of both the cocktail hour and the dinner. One of my friends commented that they were so in love with the shrimp and pimento grilled cheese appetizers they began following the servers. As delicious as the food was, there is nothing to compare to the warmth and kindness Lori showed to us throughout the whole planning process. Lori has a special touch that goes beyond her culinary skills. I am so glad we choose Elegant Expressions Catering for our special day.

I cannot even begin to write how pleased and happy we are for having Elegant Expressions cater our daughter's wedding. They did an incredible job. Lori is seriously the best! She works with you to make sure you're getting exactly what you want and helps you stay within your budget. The food is absolutely fantastic! Lori and her staff go out of their way to take care of everyone in the bridal party so no one misses out during photos and other things following the ceremony. She also packs an amazing basket for the bride and groom to take with them after the reception that includes a sampling of all the food and desserts. You can tell from the moment you meet Lori that she is passionate about what she does and she genuinely cares about the couples she works with.
