All of our audio equipment rentals include courteous and prompt delivery, setup, pickup and an experienced staff that can help just during delivery & setup, or for the entirety of your event.

We Offer The Following Services:

  • Ceremony audio systems to amplify the voices of the Bride, Groom & the person perfoming your ceremony.
  • Battery operated audio systems for "unique location" ceremonies. (on a beach, in a field, etc.)
  • Live mixing & audio equipment rentals for ceremony, cocktail hour and/or reception bands & performers.
  • Professional wireless, battery powered LED lighting for uplighting tents, mood lighting and lighting performers.
  • Bistro String Lighting.
  • Flat Screen TV displays perfect to show the Bride & Grooms photos during your cocktail hour or reception.
  • Portable 100% silent battery powered generators.
  • Booking Services for acquiring performers, musicians, wedding bands and DJ's.

All of our equipment rentals include delivery, setup, and an experienced Audio Engineer for the duration of your entire event. We do not offer small item rentals.

We offfer full event packages that can include tents lighting and sound systems for your cocktail hour and reception.

Sorry, we DO NOT offer small item rentals or dance-floors or tents.

So grateful for their services!!

A HUGE thank you to Darren and his team at Encore Audio Event Services! Their work on my wedding and welcome party was absolutely stunning. From the start, Darren made me feel completely comfortable—I trusted him right away to create the perfect sound and lighting to match the energy and vibe I envisioned.

His passion and professionalism are unmatched. The lighting completely transformed the space, and the sound was flawless all night. Darren truly elevated the entire experience and gave us a celebration that felt magical.

Lighting and sounds is so, so important. It is not a detail that can be brushed off! If you’re looking for a team that delivers beyond expectations, this is it. I couldn’t recommend Encore Audio more highly!

Darren is fantastic!

Darren did an amazing job with lighting and sound for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, as well as our hybrid indoor/outdoor welcome party. He made it so easy for us to connect our phones to play music when we wanted to do that, he ensured that the mic setup for all events would allow every guest to hear every word of the ceremony and speeches. Overall, he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect - I would recommend him time and time again!

Darren is amazing!

Working with Darren and the team at Encore Audio was a dream. They helped us make choices about AV and lighting at two venues, and coordinated with our band to make sure everyone had the equipment they needed. Darren was lovely to communicate with and full of good advice about the technical aspects of these decisions. Would recommend EA to anyone planning an event -- wedding or otherwise -- in the Berkshires or Western Mass!

Beautiful Lighting!

Darren did the lighting at our outdoor wedding in August of 2021. We had string lighting throughout our structure tent, and it was beautiful! Darren was very responsive, and super easy to work with. The rain we had that week delayed our tent set up which in return messed up our lighting install schedule, and Darren rearranged his entire schedule to make sure we had lighting for our wedding on time, with no issues. He even coordinated and contacted our tent rental company himself without me even having to ask. As a busy bride planning a wedding and coordinating so many things, anyone who can take a task off of me was very helpful! Thank you again!!

We couldn't have done it without them!


My husband and I worked with Darren from Encore Audio for our November microwedding and had such a wonderful experience. I am a professional planner and have worked with Darren in that capacity – and my experience as a bride was just as wonderful. Darren provided audio (ceremony sound and audio for our playlists) and lighting for our wedding as well as helped us host our family and friends for a virtual ceremony via zoom. We had to reduce our wedding from 200+ to 20 due to the pandemic, and so it was important to us to be able to invite everyone there virtually as we held our ceremony. Darren was attentive to what we wanted and helped us problem solve how to best execute lighting and audio in our venue. The virtual ceremony turned out amazing – like our family and friends still say how incredible it was and the fact that it went off without a hitch. I can’t recommend Encore Audio enough and highly recommend working with them on your next event!

Easy to work with

Darren and Rebecca were super helpful in the lead up to our ceremony and wedding reception and Darren was a big help on the day of. The equipment was high quality and we would work with Encore Audio again!

Awesome group of people to work with!

We used Encore Audio to provide string lighting in the tent at Hancock Shaker Village. Both Darren and Rebecca were very professional, reliable, and very easy to communicate with. The company was able to answer all our questions through email (which is what we preferred) and we had zero issues with them. Did I mention the lighting design they did was amazing?! Awesome group of people to work with!

Gorgeous lighting!

Darren was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was he easy to communicate with from the start, he worked with me to remain within my budget. He spent hours carefully setting up the lighting in our tent, even taking extra time to rearrange existing lighting to decrease risk of fire. The lighting came out absolutely beautiful and added an extra dimension to our tent. I can't thank Encore enough!

I have worked with Darren on two events and both of them were not the easiest one. The first one was at the wedding where he amplified the ceremony at the lake but two minutes before the big moment it started to pour rain. We had to move the ceremony to a different location and Darren did a great job moving and connecting everything in an express time. The reception was challenging one too as the water started to pour into the tent. He did an excellent job securing everything and making sure the whole event went without any hiccups . The second event we worked together was at the farm in the middle of nowhere in the hottest day of the summer. He installed his beautiful bistro lights right in between and above tables. The end product was truly beautiful! That outdoor lighting made our event truly magical and special. Everyone admired the installation of the lights. Darren is very professional and detailed oriented. I would highly recommend him!
