I couldn’t have asked for a better planning experience! Janice and team were AMAZING! From beginning to end Janice made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed to make the best of our wedding day. She listened, gave suggestions and executed to perfection. Our wedding day was literally the BEST DAY EVER! Every little detail was exactly what we wanted! If I could get married a thousand more times, I’d choose Janice and Encanto Weds every time!

My fiancé and I met with nearly 10 wedding planners before deciding. Some of the planners we met with said our budget was not realistic, said we needed to increase it and would only work with certain vendors. We wanted to team up with someone that would mesh with our personalities, would respect our healthy budget and was also open to working with a variety of vendors. Janice did exactly that!!! From our initial call she was open minded and didn’t shoot down our budget or vision. I vividly remember when I said “no we can’t have that, it’s too expensive”. Janice said “if you want something we will find it and make sure it’s within your price range”. Angel!!!

When we decided on our overall wedding budget, Janice provided a detailed and estimated expense breakdown from vendors, to stationary and everything in between. She laid everything out for us and really helped us identify what we wanted to spend per category. Early on Janice sent us a list of 3 different vendors per category for us to browse. Every single vendor she recommended was extremely talented, matched our vision and was appropriately priced!! Janice’s attention to detail is unmatched! Our wedding file consisted of budget breakdown, client flow and checklists to ensure we stayed on track, photo lists, recommendations for guests and much much more!!!

We booked a last minute trip to PR for our site inspection, HAMU trial and food tastings. Janice coordinated every meeting and met with us multiple times throughout our quick weekend trip. She always replied immediately to our emails and text messages. Janice and her team handled EVERYTHING behind the scenes on our big day. I am a type A person and a bit high strung, but I did not worry at all because Janice made sure I had a wonderful day! Truly this woman is one of a kind. Janice is beyond talented. You can see her passion for others and is a perfectionist! I am beyond appreciative of her! I trust her with my life!!!
