I'd plan a wedding again just to be able to hang out with Janice again!
Hiring Janice as our wedding planner was truly one of the best choices we made. From the start, she took the time to understand our vision, down to the smallest details, and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. What stood out most was how she remembered even the most offhand comments. At one point during planning, I jokingly mentioned wanting McDonald’s fries as a late-night snack. I never brought it up again, but sure enough, she surprised us with them on our wedding night. That simple, thoughtful gesture made the experience even more personal and fun. It’s something we’ll always smile about.

If you’re planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, you NEED Janice from Encanto Weddings! Seriously, she is everything you could hope for in a planner and more. From day one, she made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable (which says a lot when wedding planning can get stressful fast!).
Our wedding at the beautiful Wyndham Grand Rio Mar in Río Grande was absolutely perfect, and that’s all thanks to her. Janice paid attention to every little detail, made sure everything stayed on schedule, and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. I never once felt overwhelmed because I knew she had everything under control.

Hiring Janice was such a good call and made a huge difference in how we experienced our wedding. From the start, she was organized, patient, and willing to accommodate our many ideas. I have nothing but good things to say! I live in Seattle but wanted my wedding in Puerto Rico since all my family lives there, and we had a little over 2 months to get it planned! Would recommend encanto weddings
Janice and the Encanto Team were the best people to work with! They are understanding and communicative, and willing to work towards the wedding of our dreams. We went into this planning from out of state, and we were well prepared and not nervous when the days approached. We hosted a Welcome Party, a Rehearsal Dinner, and a full 160 person wedding. We were listened to and our concerns were well addressed. She understands everything from the macro to the micro, and is well connected with many great vendors and services. She is also highly adaptable and helpful resource to all things related to Puerto Rico! We highly recommend Encanto!!

Phenomenal!!!!
Janice is simply phenomenal! We had the absolute best experience with her and are so blessed to have connected with her! We were planning our wedding as a destination wedding involving the Basilica. It was daunting at first. But Janice made it so easy. She is so calm, experienced, detailed oriented, knowledgeable, responsive, sweet and just fun! She made the whole preparation process seamless and as easy as possible. I appreciate how responsive she was in all ways of communication. She took soooo much stress off of us as we planned the wedding and the day of the wedding. She allowed us to be so present. It was wonderful having someone so knowledgeable to answer our questions immediately. She also went above and beyond helping us with other event after the wedding that made our whole wedding week absolutely perfect and enjoyed by all. I cannot speak more highly about Janice and strongly feel that everyone should have her in their life, not just to help plan a wedding! She is an amazing person and planner!

The best…hands down!
I couldn’t have asked for a better planning experience! Janice and team were AMAZING! From beginning to end Janice made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed to make the best of our wedding day. She listened, gave suggestions and executed to perfection. Our wedding day was literally the BEST DAY EVER! Every little detail was exactly what we wanted!
