It was a bit of happenstance that we found Emerald Engagements & thank goodness we did. Working with Carly + Hannah for our wedding coordination and design was by far the best decision we made. The team at Emerald Engagements was extremely professional, quick to response, calm and considerate, offered solid opinions and advice when asked, and stayed 5 steps ahead of me throughout the entire planning process. Carly's sense of design + experience in the industry made our vision come together not only aesthetically, but also logically (very important). Hannah answered all my questions and made sure to ask the things I was forgetting. The day of the wedding, I was completely oblivious to any bumps or hiccups that may have occurred. Hannah made sure all the right people were in all the right places and kept the evening running smoothly - we trusted this team completely! Even after the event, Carly + Hannah went above and beyond to make sure all loose ends were tied up. We were grateful to have found Emerald Engagements to be our wedding coordinator and Carly for design services! We opted for the partial planning package because we had some things under control, but I am so grateful that Carly and Grace were on our team to help guide us through all the other things! Carly helped us find our Floral, Rental, Hair and Makeup, and DJ vendors, all of whom were incredible! Carly and her team were impressively fast on responding to all our emails and questions and overall provided us with exceptional tools, resources, and advice to plan our wedding, which was especially helpful as we were not local. Her online planning portal helped us track our budget, timeline, and to-do list all in one location. We are grateful for the video calls we had with Carly and Grace, as they were effective to get to know one another and focus on open tasks and upcoming milestones or decisions. We felt that the travel fees for our venue (2 hours outside of Seattle) were reasonable and Grace was incredible as our day-of coordinator. There was never a moment on the day-of of the wedding that I was worried about things because I knew they were in good hands and in a well throughout and prepared plan and timeline.
