During this pandemic, they were so easy to work with!!! We started out just using them as a block of rooms but as the pandemic got worse we decided to reach out to have a full ceremony there at a low cost. They were so flexible through it all while also ensuring safety measures for the guests. JAMIE IS AWESOME! She is so organized, responsive, and welcoming! The food was GREAT!

Absolutely perfect day with the Embassy Suites. We had a lot going on before the wedding (we lost my dad and grandma less than a month before the wedding.) Katie at Embassy was absolutely amazing to work with and helped us out so much. With all the stress I had going on, the wedding was one thing I did not have to worry about. My husband and I highly recommend the Embassy!!!!!!! Food was delicious and the late snack was the perfect addition to the wedding. All I can say is, AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Also, the hotel rooms and the reception hall were recently updated and are so nice and so clean.

Katie is the best wedding planner ever and helped us make the best memories ever. The Chef was amazing as well! We had the best experience!

Katie and her staff at Embassy Suites made our dream wedding a reality!! From the very beginning, Katie was incredible to work with and made planning a wedding from out of town so simple! Every detail was beautiful, and the food was incredible! My guests are still raving about how delicious everything tasted! Best reception location I could have ever chosen!

The Embassy Suites Rockside is an amazing place to hold your reception. Katie is wonderful to work with and made my visions come alive...she is on top of her game and knows what she's doing! I enjoyed my meetings with her and would recommenld her services to anyone looking for a reputable vendor. The food was equally as amazing and our guests couldn't stop talking about it. I wish I could go back and do it all over again and I wouldn't go anywhere else but here!

We worked with Katie Butler at the Embassy Suites Cleveland-Rockside - and she made our "dream wedding" and dream come true! It was everything I imagined it to be and more. She was great to work with through the whole process and was awesome in helping us with ideas and giving us suggestions to make our reception a truly memorable one not only for us but out guests. The food was phenomenal, and we got nothing but compliments on it all night, not only that it was the best meal they have had a wedding, but one of the best meals they ever had. They were so accomodating for us and our guests, and made what can be a stressful experience, stress free!

I CANNOT say enough about the Embassy Suites Cleveland Rockside. I just had my wedding there on New Year's Eve and I do not have one thing I would change about it.... it was PERFECT!

For starters, the wedding coordinator there, Katie Butler, is PHENOMENAL! There is absolutely no need for a wedding coordinator if you are working with Katie. I live in Las Vegas and essentially planned my entire wedding via email. Katie was not only responsive and helpful; she truly cared about our special day and had so many suggestions and ideas for making things unique and special. She was willing to work with us from the very beginning to adjust a wedding package for exactly what we wanted. She was information and creative in helping us get as much for our money as possible. The day of our wedding, she was there until after dinner, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. I could not thank Katie enough for all her time and dedication to making the event perfect. We called her while on our honeymoon to thank her again because we just could not believe how great everything turned out!

The Embassy itself is beautiful. Getting married on New Year's Eve, we were fortunate to have all the holiday decorations up still. The atrium area is beautiful and definitely has an "entrance" when people arrive. Another perk for the guests who stay at the hotel is their buffet breakfast served the next morning. It was so wonderful, not because of the food, but the fact we got to visit with all our guests the morning after :) We all reminisced about the night before and I know our family and friends enjoyed it too. It’s the perfect ending to a perfect weekend :)

The food was excellent. My parents have been to plenty of weddings and have hosted 2 other weddings for my sisters, however we have NEVER received so many compliments on the food! The only complaints we received were from a few older guests who indicated that there was too much food :) We had the duet plate of filet mignon and chicken marsala, garlic mashed potatoes and the squash vegetable medley. Living in Las Vegas, we eat good meals very often. I must say, the food was excellent!

I must say, the servers here were amazing as well! As bride and groom, we had a server dedicated to just us. I must say, my husband was never in need of a drink :) The staff was courteous and helpful. They worked very hard with smiles on their faces, especially since our reception went until 1am on New Year's Eve.

The bar was great as well...... Katie allowed us to tweak our package to the type of liquor and beer we wanted. We had 3 bars set up and due to the large glasses that were served, there was rarely a line at the bars, which was great (and surprising)! Katie also arranged to keep the hotel bar open a little longer since I knew a few of us would not be ready for the night to end, even at 1am.

All in all, the wedding was perfect and it has everything to do with the venue we chose. I am so happy we chose the Embassy. The value was 100% worth it and the planning was as painless as it can possibly be for planning such a large event, due to Katie. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this venue if you are looking for a place that will essentially take care of everything and will make sure your wedding day is perfect :)

My daughter's wedding at the Embassy was beyond amazing. We worked with Katie Butler, the wedding specialist, from the Embassy Suites. She is professional, helpful, kind and easy to work with. When we needed advice or if we were just throwing out ideas regarding the wedding, she always took the time with us and helped us find solutions. She was meticulous in preparing for this day. Ever thing we planned was orchestrated beautifully.

The Embassy was a beautiful place to have the wedding, the food was outstanding and the staff was fantastic. The feedback from our guests has been overwhelming. We all had a blast and it's a New Year's Eve/wedding we won't ever forget.

We had approximately 90 rooms rented the night of the wedding and Embassy Suites had a wonderful breakfast brunch the next morning. The spaciousness of the hotel helped us continue to visit with our guest even the next morning.

I remember searching for a wedding venue perfectly. My husband and I visited 9 hotels in one day, hoping that each one would be our dream location. It wasn’t until we reached the Embassy Suites in Independence that we felt that “had to have it” feeling. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be the location for our wedding reception. Fearing that the gorgeous lobby / common area was going to be too good to be true, we were ecstatic when Katie Butler, the wedding coordinator, was able to meet with us that day to start talking packages and take us on a tour. Every package was better than we could have imagined. The details were perfectly outlined for us and every question we had was answered with a clear and honest response. Katie was the best go to girl for all our needs. She never missed an appointment, was always organized and prepared, and returned emails quickly and efficiently. She was helpful without being pushy, demanding, or inconsiderate. The day of the wedding in June 2010 is one that is still talked about with our family and friends. Every detail that we specifically asked for was set and the food was to die for. We had guests wanting to steal trays of the bacon wrapped scallops away from the servers. The meat dishes were excellent, being able to pick two instead of just one. Also, my matron-of-honor’s vegetarian dish was delicious. There wasn’t a single complaint and the staff was happy to meet individual wishes. The room size was also just right for our reception. We had two rooms with 200 guests and didn’t feel over crowded or empty. Guests were also happy to visit the hotel bar after and be able to walk right up to their rooms. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful and definitely not your typical continental. We didn’t have a single worry the whole day and evening. I highly recommend visiting this location for your wedding reception.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Embassy Suites-Rockside in October 2010, an entire year later, we are STILL getting compliments from family and friends. I could write a novel on how wonderful our experience was with Katie Butler, the wedding coordinator, and everyone at the Embassy Suites who helped to make our night so memorable. Katie is fabulous, extremely knowledgable regarding receptions, decor, accomadating guests, etc... The packages are very reasonable for what they include, and Katie will work with you to adjust/add to your package to have your special evening just the way you dreamed it to be. The food at the Embassy Suites is delicious!! We chose the filet and stuffed chicken, and our guests RAVED about the cocktail hors d'oeuvres and their dinner. Our parents, along with my husband and I, were able to choose our own special meal if we wanted something different from what we were offering the rest of our guests. I found that to be super special. :) My husband and I even had our very own server, who tended to us all evening, we felt like royalty! Especially since all the servers were in white glove, very classy! We really wanted to have "bar food" later in the evening for our guests to snack on after/while drinking and dancing. This wasn't something typical for the Embassy menu, so Katie and the chef worked with us, and we decided on potato skins and and a mini slider bar... yuuummm!! Our guests thought that was a PERFECT addition to the evening. We also went to Katie wanting to have round AND square tables for the guest tables, just to change it up a bit. She was able to show us an example of how it would look and work AND she was able to get linens to fit with the square tables (which we weren't sure could happen!). As for guest accomodations... Many of our guests (even the locals) chose to stay at the hotel that evening. They were really impressed with the room and the price. Also, everyone was thrilled to know that parking was free AND there was a FREE and HUGE breakfast buffet the next day, so we all got to eat together and see everyone and talk about the night!* :o)
