We chose the Embassy suites for our wedding hotel block as well as the getting ready space for the morning of. It was the perfect location as it was only 15 minutes away from our venue. We also had “Welcome Cocktails” at the hotel bar the night before the wedding. The bar staff did such a wonderful job! Laura was so helpful when booking the rooms for the block. She went above and beyond! In fact the customer service from her and every other person we interacted with was spectacular. And the bridal suite was stunning! They even decorated for us. Breakfast was delicious, the pool was super fun, the rooms were very nice. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience having our event at Embassy Suites. All the staff was so accommodating and friendly letting us change things last minute and allowing us to bring in our own decor. I would definitely have another event there in the future!

We cannot express the gratitude and appreciation we have working with this vendor. They have been very attentive to all our wedding reception details and communication was very easy and effective. Courtney made our planning for the reception less stressful and always reminded us to enjoy our big day. It was a pleasure working with her.

My mother in law and father in law recently had their wedding renewals at this venue. They were able to fit us in with less than 2 months notice. Courtney who helped us out was truly amazing. She understood our situation and was there for us every step of the way. They accomodated all our needs and we’re very affordable for a guest list of about 200. The food buffet was excellent and we received many compliments on the taste. Overall great service and experience! The entrance to the hotel and atrium garden area are plus and very beautiful.

This Hotel provided impeccable service. We had my Mom's 80th Birthday Party here, and we couldn't have chosen a better venue to host such a memorable event. Thanks to their Catering Manager, Courtney who assisted us through out the planning process and the execution. The Banquet Manager and staff on the day of the event was AWESOME! My family and friends loved the food. It was DELICIOUS. My mom was very pleased with not only her party but with the service at the Hotel.

Holly was my coordinator and it was truly a pleasure working with her to plan out my wedding. She made me feel as if she was as excited for my wedding as I was. Embassy Suites provided a great price for everything they offered and I felt like I was able to have my dream wedding for the perfect price. The main course was excellent, however, the starter salad had not-so-yummy shrimp, so just ask for no shrimp please! The only thing that peeved me off that night was that my 1 year old baby was falling asleep at the reception and I asked the front desk for a playpen where I could lay him. The front desk informed me that they had a playpen, however, it was only for Embassy Suites guests. Umm, hello? I'm spending a small fortune here and you won't provide me a playpen for the last hour of my reception? So, book the Embassy Suites, but bring your own playpen!

Both my wife and I couldn't have been any happier with how our wedding reception turned out. Our coordinator was Jasmine and she did a great job. Going into the day as many couples do, we had a hard time letting go of some of the details. Jasmine insured us that everything was going to be fine and I met with her that morning to go over some last minute things.
After the ceremony we were dropped off in the back of the hotel to sneak in and take a look at the room before our guests went in and WOW the place looked amazing. Not only did our vendors come through, but Jasmine filled in the gaps to tie the whole thing together.
When we originally met with her she told us that her wedding anniversary was on the same day as our event, but told us she would see our event through. True to her word she stuck around until right after dinner then bowed out leaving us with another manager (cant remember his name) who was just as professional. In fact, both my wife and I were too excited to eat our dinner. He asked if we would like him to wrap up two new dinners and deliver them to the room. We agreed and I have to tell you at about 1 am. We were glad that he did.

If I had anything that I would change as far as the Embassy Suites is concerned I would have worked out a few more details on the contract. Not that they tried to pull any funny stuff, but we signed the contract with a woman that ended up leaving the company and a few things that we had discussed were not written down. Jasmine did her best to honor what we told her was agreed upon, but that would be the only thing that I would do different.

The Embassy Suites did a pretty good job with our wedding, aside from the fact that they changed the events coordinator 3 times in the time span that we were planning our wedding. The location is great, beautiful hotel!
