I never received my preserved bouquet and I got married over a year ago. They kept saying sorry, it would be ready and quit responding after awhile. I even got a picture it was ready and still haven't seen it...how do that happen? So I lost my money. I can't believe this business would take something so special and memorable to ruin it. I hope no one ever books them again.

My wife and I got married May 12, 2021. My wife found Emagination Designs and was so excited to use them to save her wedding bouquet in the resin mold box. We were easily convinced to upgrade our order, and everything seemed fine. . .at first. We followed the instructions they gave us and sent all of the flowers and items correctly to Emagination Designs. And this is where everything takes a terrible turn. Communication was inconsistent at first, but at least my wife would hear back from them about the project from time to time.

Weeks would go by and they would tell us their business is doing so good and they are behind schedule but they have ordered more molds so they could complete the work faster. They assured us our project was next on the list, and would be done the next week. More weeks would go by with no update or response.

Finally, 10 months later, my wife received a message from Emagination saying her order was finished and would be shipped. They confirmed the address etc. We were just relieved at this point to be getting her flowers back. As a piece of our special wedding day, these flowers can't be replaced and mean the world to her.

Weeks go by with no response after multiple attempts to contact them. So, I decided to reach out to them as a "new customer" from a different email address. Sure enough they responded immediately. I explained the situation and even forwarded them all of the saved emails with dates. They apologized and said they would handle it immediately.

However, it instantly turned into more of the same treatment. Weeks would go by without response, and I did get a response it was just telling me to wait longer and not giving me a solution to the problem. I was patient and willing to work with them. Finally, over a year and 4 months after our wedding I told them if they didn't contact me I would have to escalate this issue.

They never responded. They took all of my money and memories from our wedding that can't be replaced.

My wedding bouquet was dropped off for preservation on 10/11/21. Originally Emilee the owner of Emagination said the preservation would be done by Christmas 2021, then Valentine's 2022, then said the order was close to completed, but never shipped and tracking information was never provided. It has now been a year since my wedding bouquet was dropped off for preservation, and the Emagination has quit responding to my inquiries.

I ordered from this person after my wedding in July of 2021. As of writing this review, I still have not received any of my items. I have messaged on facebook, emailed and even texted Emilee asking for an update on my order multiple times. I've been given short responses, often excuses with no estimated shipping date. I gave her one final chance to refund me or send me my order before posting this review and no response. She is a scammer.

It took 16 months to get my bouquet back. I ordered 4 pieces total and received the first 3 almost 3 months after my wedding, but my bridal bouquet took an additional 13 months. I went up to six months with no communication at times and had to threaten legal action to get any type of response. When I asked for a partial refund or a show of good faith, I was told that receiving my first three items was enough of a show of good faith and a refund would not be possible. I know several other brides who have gone through the same situation or worse. Do not use this service.
