Ellen was our wedding photographer last September and she was absolutely amazing! She was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. From our initial meeting and our engagement photos to the day of our wedding and everything in between, we felt well taken care of with Ellen. She is extremely talented, kind and fun to work with. She truly helped make the entire planning process and day of go seamlessly. She made me, my husband, our families, wedding party and guests so comfortable and captured our day beautifully. Ellen is a phenomenal photographer and a pleasure to work with. She shot our engagement shoot and our wedding day, and both were wonderful experiences. Her work is amazing, and she was an extremely calming presence, making us feel super comfortable in front of the camera. After getting to know Ellen at the engagement shoot, I knew that I wouldn’t have to stress at all about photos on the wedding day, since she had every detail covered. She goes above and beyond, even bringing nice-looking umbrellas in case it rained (which it did). She provides lots of advice before the shoot, for example what colors/textures will photograph well and what details will/won’t show up on camera. And of course, the photos she took were stunning, and she knows exactly which angle and backdrop will look good. She is super reliable, wonderful to work with, and does amazing work. I can’t recommend her enough!

Ellen is truly the GOAT. She had also been the photographer for my BFF's wedding and after that I immediately knew we made the right choice. Ellen is extremely personable and fits into your day seamlessly. She makes everything feel so easy and fun. The pictures from both our engagement session and our wedding are absolutely STUNNING. She captured both posed, as well as candid shots so beautifully. Do not wait another min and hire Ellen!!

Ellen shot our wedding at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, MA in April 2022. I met Ellen on my wedding morning and immediately knew she was going to make our day a blast. Ellen has such a calming and easy going presence. Our hotel room didn't have much natural light so she immediately grabbed our invitation suite and other details we wanted photographed and found the perfect lighting to shoot. She coached me through how to take a picture and how to pose while getting ready and got the cutest pictures of my 4 year old niece getting her hair and makeup done. Ellen was the true MVP of the weekend. Ellen brought the boutonnieres to the church for my husband, his dad and our ring bearers because we were all running a little late. After the ceremony my hair ended up coming undone and she had a bobby pin in her car and fixed my hair herself. My veil wouldn't stay in my hair and she carried it around all day and placed it back in my hair many times when she wanted it in a photo. She managed to capture beautiful family photos even with tired, crying toddlers. She worked so amazingly with our videographer and had a smile on her face the entire day. Looking at our guest's photos you can see her in the background grinning. You can truly tell how much she loves her job and I know that's why her work is so incredible. Someone asked me what my favorite part of our wedding was and the first thing that came to mine was simply taking photos with my husband. It was just so much fun and relaxing and calming too! Before the big day, my husband was hesitant about taking so many photos, but I think he even had more fun than me! We will 100% recommend Ellen to all our engaged friends :)

We fell in love with Ellen's pictures from a friends engagement session and knew we wanted her for our wedding. She wasn't available for our original date, but when our date changed, I reached out again and as fate would have it, she was available! We couldn't have asked for a more creative, kind, organized and professional photographer to capture our day. Everyone from our wedding party could not stop talking about how amazing she was and how easy and quick pictures went. Hiring Ellen was the best decision we made for our wedding! Not only is she organized and so easy to work with, her photos and work are amazing!! On our wedding day, she was outgoing and fun and made the photo taking process relaxing and not stressful! Our bridal party only had great things to say about her attention to detail and ease to work with. I for one was super nervous about staying on time with our schedule, and Ellen took that stress out of my hands and managed the whole day of timeline herself!! Ellen was the photographer at my friend's wedding a few years ago and she was incredible! My husband and I were over the moon when we found out that she was available for ours! She truly is the kindest most genuine person we have ever had the pleasure of working with! She captured our day perfectly from start to finish. I remember Ellen giving great advice about picking a photographer: pick someone you enjoy spending time with because you spend a lot of your time with your photographer on your wedding day. When we first spoke with Ellen we just loved her—her manner, her professionalism, her unassuming confidence, and her great sense of humor. We definitely thought she was someone we would enjoy spending our day with! We hit the jackpot when we chose Ellen as our photographer. Like many couples during this pandemic, we went through date changes, wedding size changes, and lots of mixed emotions. Ellen was a wonderful partner through it all—responsive, helpful with suggestions based on her experience, and most importantly, kind and understanding. The day of our wedding was different than originally planned, but Ellen captured it beautifully. Our families LOVED her. She had to do deal with several mini-second shooters (nieces), as well as input from multiple family members—she handled it all graciously and skillfully. My husband and I cannot recommend her more highly for your wedding day. She is the best!

Ellen was the MVP for our 2020 wedding. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic was a challenge but working with Ellen was not. She kept in touch with us for months leading up to our wedding to share ideas on how to keep the event on schedule while adhering to COVID restrictions, helped our officiant put together a video for guests who were not in attendance and generally went above and beyond to ensure we had the best damn COVID wedding we could. She even taught my husband and I how to pose (without looking like idiots) for both our wedding and engagement shoots and we have the photos to prove it. It was important to us to work with vendors that were great at what they do but also genuinely amazing people, and Ellen couldn't have been a better match.

Ellen did an amazing job capturing our destination wedding. She was extremely organized and prepared leading up to the big day. When we had to make some big last-minute decisions due to weather, Ellen was extremely flexible. She even went so far as to talking to the wedding planner for me to take some of the burden off my back. She kept me calm and at ease through all the unforeseen changes with the venue. We got our pictures back in a timely manner and they were all amazing. We can’t say enough about Ellen and her work. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She is truly talented and I would highly recommend her!
