La Toya was a great wedding planner. She made our wedding day seamless and exactly what we envisioned. We had full service wedding planning and she provided quality vendors, guidance, and kept us on track over the course of 9 months. Many people asked us if we were stressed leading up to our wedding and we were not because of La Toya’s Wedding Coordination. I highly recommend La Toya as a wedding planner.

I booked La Toya and her team to coordinate my wedding in September 2023 and it was one of the best decisions I made! I opted for the day of coordination, but I was still able to meet with La Toya a good handful of times. She was very helpful throughout the planning process, especially when it came to the meetings with other vendors. Prior to the wedding, I off loaded all of my information to her and on the day of, her and her team made sure my husband and I did not have to worry about any of the logistics of the day. La Toya was such a pleasure to work with and even my bridal party had great things to say about their interactions with her! Would highly recommend.

My husband and I hired Elle Kay Events for our wedding, specifically as the day of coordinator. La Toya and her team were incredible. We met with La Toya several times in the months leading up to the wedding and she kept us on track, making sure we had everything we needed for the big day. She was incredibly communicative and even helped us find a DJ (who was also great!). As we got closer to the wedding, La Toya drafted a wedding day timeline and communicated with all of our vendors so that everyone was on the same page the day of.

On the day of the wedding, La Toya and her team showed up to our hotel, gathered the items we needed to have at the venue, and stuck around to make sure our first look went off without a hitch (and to make sure we got to the venue on time). When we got to the venue, La Toya and her team executed the ceremony perfectly. My husband and I were thankful to have La Toya, but we were especially thankful to have her after the ceremony when we were escorted to the reception while our guests enjoyed the cocktail hour. When we walked into the reception, La Toya had our favorite cocktails waiting for us and she made sure we had a few minutes to ourselves before taking pictures and enjoying the rest of the cocktail hour. It was such a thoughtful (and much needed) gesture. Similarly, La Toya made sure the reception was perfect. We didn’t have to worry about the timeline because La Toya was there to make sure everyone knew what to do/where to be. My husband and I cannot stop raving about La Toya, and neither could our planner friends who attended the wedding. To say that we were impressed with Elle Kay Events is an understatement - Elle Kay Events truly made our wedding day perfect. If you are looking for a wedding planner, you should absolutely hire Elle Kay Events!

La Toya and her team were beyond incredible. We hired her for day-of coordination, and she was amazingly helpful with pre-planning and vendor meetings–especially in the month before our wedding. It was so reassuring to have someone we knew we could rely on, and who was not only competent but extremely kind and supportive. Now we're married and a little bummed we don't have regular meetings with her anymore, because she was a delight! Thank you for everything!

La Toya and her team were perfect both in supporting us with planning leading up to the event and in coordinating the day itself. La Toya listened to our vision and desires for our wedding, never projecting or imposing her own. She recommended a range of great vendors that executed our vision perfectly. She made sure our day-of timeline reflected what we wanted, and she and her team performed nothing short of heroics in making it happen. La Toya and her team were a great addition to our wedding day! We hired her as a day-of-coordinator and loved the fact that she brought a team with her (it truly was an advantage to have multiple people). From getting ready at the hotel to timing our walk down the aisle to dancing the night away, La Toya and her team made sure that everything ran smoothly. She is also very responsive via email and answered every question we had or gave great advice and recommendations from the day we booked her to the day of. Hire her if you want to have a day where both you and your family and wedding party don't have to lift a finger.

Elle Kay was worth every penny when it same to coordinating my wedding !

She kept everything running smoothly and met with all the vendors even though I booked some things prior to hiring her. I brought her in last minute and it was the best decision I made in terms of wedding planning. I just wish I had hired her before I started making too many arrangements as it would have saved me some stress.

We had no idea what goes into planning a wedding and work keeps both of us busy so hiring a wedding planner was a must have. La Toya is extremely experienced when it comes to weddings. She also came complete with vendor recommendations for everything we wanted. Having La Toya and her team to help with our wedding was the best decision ever!! Having La Toya as your event planner won't be a mistake! She did not disappoint!!
