Although my reception and ceremony were in Saco Maine, this is how I would rate it. Very nice for the money, very roomy and the kitchen and bar was very convenient. It was the perfect place to have a wedding for the price.

I was pleased for how much we paid for the venue, however it was often hard to get a hold of the person who dealt with everything. Also, when I thought we'd be able to decorate the night before, the week of the wedding we were told there was a Little League Banquet the night before and we couldn't come in until 7am the day of the wedding to decorate. When we arrived, they hadn't cleaned up from the banquet yet and we couldn't even start doing anything until 8:30am. Overall though, good value for the price.
