We found Elizabethan Desserts on Yelp and we're so glad we did! My husband and I didn't want to do cake so we opted for a dessert bar. We went in to sample their full size desserts at their store front and noticed the pie bites were amazing. We ended up doing an assortment of pie bites for our wedding and they were a hit! Elizabethan knows how to make amazing desserts at a great price. Highly recommend!

We used Elizabethan for our dessert bar at our wedding and it was fantastic. Everything was delicious and they were very accommodating in decorating the cake pops, cupcakes, etc, in colors that matched our wedding theme. I highly recommend them, and the value for the price was wonderful!

Elizabethan Desserts makes some incredibly delicious desserts! I did not want a wedding cake for my wedding since I'm not particularly fond of it. We chose to have a dessert table and a small round cheesecake to cut into. We selected a variety of cupcake flavors and desserts. Elizabethan makes mini versions of everything which is great for guests to select a few different flavors to try out. Also, they are great the next day too if you end up with leftovers! We had some leftover and delivered them to some of our guests and they were so happy because they enjoyed them so much at the wedding. If you go to their shop and try out some flavors, keep the receipt because up to $15 will be applied towards your purchase order.

My wife and I wanted to have smaller individual desserts at our wedding as opposed to the traditional cake for our guests. My wife attended a journalism event where Elizabethan Desserts was catering. She loved the treats that she sampled so we decided to visit their location in Encinitas to see what else they offered.
They have a wide selection of delicious cupcakes, bars, pies and cookies. We wanted to have a variety of different desserts, so after much sampling and deliberating, we decided on Mississippi Mud Pie Bits (description) and The Elvis (description) and Churro (description) cupcakes. We also asked them to make a simple 8” round dulce de leche cake so we could take wedding cake pictures.
For a fair price, Elizabethan delivered the desserts to our venue in the morning time. Their driver arrived early and they ensured that all the desserts arrived intact. They were kept in the venue’s refrigerator and were set out and displayed before our reception. All three of the desserts at the wedding were cleared out by our guests. People complimented how unique and delicious the desserts were. The only regret we have is that we didn’t order more!
Between my wife and me, I have the sweet tooth and believe me when I say everything I have eaten there is delicious. Everybody that works at Elizabethan is very nice and they take the time to listen to you and take down and box up your order. If you have a sweet tooth, this is bakery is the destination for you. We highly recommend Elizabethan Desserts for a special event or whenever you want a sweet treat.

I had Elizabethan do my wedding cupcakes. I got a mix of flavors in the mini and regular sizes. They were such a huge hit at my wedding! I wish I had ordered like twice as many because they got devoured so fast by my guests. Elizabethan did a great job with delivery and display too. They displayed everything on a pretty wood cupcake holder with tiers.

We bought a small decorated Bride's cake and mini lemon tarts - both were excellent. They have wonderful desserts. Flexibility is limited, especially for a smaller group, due to minimum orders required for the mini tarts (2 dozen for 1 flavor) but their items rounded out the dessert table just fine! Fun place to go for a sweet snack!

Had cupcakes instead of a traditional cake. They arrived 30 minutes late on the wedding day and melted by the time they were being served. Also they would not lower my order by 2 dozen, even over one month in advance.
