A team of classically trained violinists are highly skilled musicians ready to serenade you and your favorite people on your wedding day. Since 2010, they have provided ceremony and reception music at weddings and other events. All of their violinists have played music in ensembles and orchestras across the country and internationally, so they have the experience to do any occasion justice. These talented musicians are available to travel from Raleigh, NC to other areas of North Carolina and from Cincinnati, OH to Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Elegant Violin strives to provide music that reflects the beauty of marriage. They use their skills to create a tone and atmosphere that aligns with your preferred style. Lindsay Skipper, owner and founder, works closely with couples to carefully plan the right music for their day. Soon-to-be-weds can customize their own setlist from their offering of almost 200 classical and contemporary/modern songs. What’s more, these musicians are happy to learn new music for special song requests. For added convenience, Elegant Violin provides their own amplification system and tasteful, recorded accompaniment.

Couples will love their signature "duo effect" of live, amplified violin played majestically over recorded piano/acoustic guitar accompaniment tracks. Your guests will enjoy the full sound of this "duet" before, during, and after the ceremony. Brides and grooms can choose to add a Preview Serenade during their First Looks, First Touch, or Reception Reveal. This mini-concert provides a gorgeous sound for your videography of these moments. Keep the violin music flowing by letting them collaborate with your DJ on your First Dance song. All of these extras can be easily added-on in the booking process.
