Wanda Moon-Hollis, who is the owner and wedding planner, founded her business back in 1994, and since then, she has helped countless couples prepare and plan for their dream weddings and turned their vision into reality without any of the stress.

More than words can explain!
I had absolutely no idea what to expect as far as my event was concerned. My wife and I were already married, but my mother insisted that we have a reception. I agreed, but I decided to not get my hopes up. However, after seeing the magnificent job Wanda did with turning the church into a beautiful ballroom, my mind was completely changed. Everything was so beautiful, the colors were breathtaking and the entire ceremony was just stunning! When a company can make someone want something that they initially did not, it is a sign of an amazing job! I enjoyed every minute of my gorgeous reception! Thank you all so much!

The best planner
Elegant Events by Wanda is truly the best! Wanda definitely makes the wedding planning process stress free and smooth sailing! We were so blessed to have had her as a wedding planner and event planner for three weddings, one engagement party, and one baby shower. She exceeded my expectation on every event. Everything is always beautiful and we received so many compliments and it is all because Wanda really does make your vision a reality. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding/event planner, she knows what she is doing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner. If I had to rate her from 1 to 10...it would be a 100! Whenever we had a question or needed advice, she always quickly responded and very hands on. She was always professional. She understood our vision and brought it to life beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Elegant Events by Wanda!

Seamlessly Amazing!!
I didn't know where to start with planning a wedding. Wanda stepped in and took care of everything—I didn't have to worry about one thing. My wedding day was virtually stress-free. If there was a problem, I never knew about it.
She helped us stay within our budget and yet was able to help us get more bang for our buck. At the wedding itself, you never knew she was there—everything flowed so smoothly and she made sure that we had a wonderful evening and were able to visit with all of our guests and dance the night away.
Words cannot express my gratitude for Wanda for planning both of my weddings. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of Wanda. I came to her with a simple idea and Wanda worked her magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again. Wanda is more than a wedding planner we develop a wonderful friendship for 20 years now. Now that’s a planner!!!

Ms. Wanda is a awesome planner she is very professional. She was there from the beginning until the. Ms. Wanda she set all my appoints to meet each venu we did cake 🎂tasting I was very please. The hotel planning very nice hotel the food tasting was so good. Ms. Wanda did all the decorating colors was so beautiful. Getting ready for her to do my sixty birthday, she is worth for all she do to make you happy on your wedding day. Ms. Wanda love what she do in have a passion for making couple happy. Last but least I are my husband did not have to do anything with our planning we just told her what we wanted in it was done. She did it all well, done job Ms. Wanda nobody's had that gift God gave it to you thank you for the passion you have for people. We love you in will use your service again. Elegant Events by Wanda made our special day amazing! She was phenomenal! We were very blessed and thankful through every detail of our wedding she handle it all with an exceptional helpful and graceful attitude. Customer service at is best! We received many compliments and inquiries on her work. Elegant Events by Wanda is affordable and one of the best in DFW area.

Absolutely Amazing
Elegant Events by Wanda did an amazing job with our wedding. She took all the stress away because she assured me that she would handle everything. She made our day amazing and if I was to do it all over again I would definitely chose her. She even hand made all of our flower arrangements and they were beautiful. She’s the best in the business!
