Laura was AMAZING to work with! She's professional, reliable, personable, talented and detailed. Her cake testing was very thorough and she was more than happy to accommodate any request. Her flavors were very tasty and we opted for a white cake with almond mousse and raspberry jam. We received numerous compliments on the taste, as well as the gorgeous design. She truly took our vision and made it come to life! You will not be disappointed at all when you choose Laura!

I shopped around for a baker/decorator for my wedding cake for a long time. I had difficulty finding a place that was reasonably priced, had the type of cake that I wanted, and tasted delicious. When I found Elegance in Sugar, I knew I wanted Laura to be the one to make our wedding cake! She did such a beautiful job and she was so fun to be around.

The best cake I've ever had - and our guests kept talking about it too!! My husband keeps staring at the 1-year anniversary top layer in the freezer and I have a hunch it won't make it to 1 year lol! The cake was absolutely worth every penny, we are so happy. We had a simple cake but I know that you can definitely trust Laura with anything you envision - she is so talented! The cake that she makes are the most beautiful pieces of art that I have ever seen! She brought us to her house to design our cake and was able to make my dream a reality. Everything on our cake was edible and hand made. Our guests were talking about our cake for weeks following the wedding. On top of it all, IT WAS DELICIOUS! We did a 5 layer chocolate tort and it was amazing! Highly recommended!!

Laura made the most beautiful wedding cake for our wedding. Choosing a wedding cake was one of the hardest decisions for us. We were so picky about the taste of a cake and we really wanted one that our guests would enjoy eating. When we tasted Laura's cake, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. It was so incredibly moist and the fresh fruit was delicious. Not only that, but the cake she designed for us was exactly what we've always wanted. It was hand decorated in all lace and you knew that so many hours were dedicated to the design. I got so many compliments from our guests that it was one of the most beautiful cakes they've ever seen at a wedding. Laura was so easy to work with and really wanted to make us happy.
