Elardo Events is a wedding and event planning service based in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Owner Tara Elardo has over 10 years of experience in the event industry and has designed celebrations of all sizes. She treats each couple with the utmost care and goes above and beyond to bring their unique vision to life.

Services Offered

Elardo Events offers an array of services, including full- and partial-planning, and day-of coordination. Budget management, event design, and vendor selection are some of the many services that Tara offers to couples. Elardo Events also features specialized packages for elopements and micro weddings with up to 25 guests. During your big day, Tara will be present from beginning to end to make sure everything goes according to schedule.

Amazing to work with!

I am a day of coordinator at Casa Real, and I had the pleasure of working with Tara for a recent event. She is one of the most organized and fun planners I have ever worked with. Here coordination with vendors is so impressive, and she clearly goes above and beyond for her clients. She sent us a full video detailing the event so all of the vendors were on the same page! She was truly a joy to work with on the day as well.

Amazing Planner!

I am a professional wedding officiant in NYC and I recently had the pleasure of working with Tara for our couple's wedding in September. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and even took the time to help outline the ceremony and be present for our final call to make sure all details of the wedding were perfect! The day of she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the ceremony process seamless. I hope to work with her again here in NYC soon! Thanks for your help, Tara!

Highly Recommend Elardo Events

Tara is the BEST!!! We worked with her for a wedding a little over a month ago. She was the planner/coordinator for this wedding. We were the videographers. Her and her team did a phenomenal job prior to the wedding and then day of the wedding. Prior to the wedding she put together a solid timeline for everyone to follow that covered EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of the wedding day. The spreadsheet was used by all the vendors and let me tell you it helped a lot to make things go smoothly during the wedding. Tara is really an awesome person to work with as well! She has a very fun and upbeat personality and professionalism in her work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tara as a wedding planner/coordinator!!!

Highly recommend!

I recently worked with Tara on a NYC wedding at Dumbo Loft. It was a pleasure working with her - she was extremely organized and the event was seamless! Her timeline and other documents were very detailed and helped create an event that was on time and well-executed.

Amazing, Life-Saving, Wedding Coordinator

Tara was the best decision I made for my wedding (besides marrying my husband ;) - she is professional, empathetic, organized, very communicative and is an excellent problem solver. My wedding day was filled with all the hard work she put into it, alongside my family. I can't thank her enough! I would hire her again in a heartbeat and suggest other brides-to-be do the same. I bought the six weeks package, where she steps in six weeks prior to the day, but she was still only one call/text/email away when I had other concerns regarding my bridal events. She knows weddings! She is trust-worthy and there is no task that she won't give her all - because that's how amazing she is. I'm so glad I had her on my side for the big day.

Astonishing experience!

Tara is the dream wedding planner a couple could ask for! From communication, ideas, experience, attitude, and her organizational skills were spectacular! Also affordable :)

We had the best wedding ever and everything from start to finish was a breeze! Our wedding day went by smoothly without any stress because of how responsive, fun, and organized Tara was.

If you are looking for a stress free/affordable wedding planner... I would FOR SURE go with Elardo Events. I can't thank her enough for such an incredible planning & Wedding experience she provided us :)

Dedicated Wedding Planner

Tara not only helped us plan our wedding once, but twice AND our elopement. She was professional, kind, extremely organized, and went above and beyond for us.
