Wedding Day - Day Oversight

Our Wedding Day Service is designed for couples who prefer a hands-on approach. The Ekamona Production Team will handle the day’s timeline, scheduling, vendor management, installation and decor, and the guest list. This option is best for couples who wish to separately curate the day’s aesthetic and components but prefer a coordinated and separately-curated schedule for the day.

Wedding Day - Partial Planning

Our partial planning option provides an equally smooth and flawless day, but with a more collaborative approach between our production team and the couple. From day one, our team will engage in a close relationship with the couple, learning specific aspects and preferences to guide the in curation and design. With this option, the our team will involve itself as heavily or light-handed as preferred. Potential coordination within this tier can include floral arrangements, decor installation, tablescapes, menu, entertainment, and more. This option is best for couples who wish to separately coordinate their day, but prefer guidance in the desired design and aesthetic vision.

Wedding Day - Full Service

The Ekamona Production Team’s Full Service option will incorporate the scope of both the Day Oversight and Partial Planning tiers. With this option, our team will design, curate, coordinate, and produce the couple’s full vision of their special day. All wedding details will be handled by our team and guided by the couple’s envisioned day. This option is best for couples who wish to provide overall guidance on the day’s aesthetic and theme, in addition to trusting the day’s coordination and scheduling to our team of experts.
