Not only was Amber amazing to work with on a personal level, but she made planning our wedding across an ocean (we live in London and got married in Rochester, NY) incredibly easy and stress-free. She was always flexible with our plans and schedule (time differences!) and made herself available to talk with us and answer any questions or concerns. Her knowledge of local vendors is unparalleled and she builds great relationships with all of them. She knew exactly who was a fit for our needs and our budget and the day flowed magically because of the relationships she had with each of our vendors. Amber was a huge help in coordinating our wedding and is very professional. She helped us plan a detailed timeline of the day from start to finish. She also helped coordinate our wedding rehearsal and helped us on the morning of the wedding to put together the ceremony arch and any other last minute details, such as getting a card box for us. Effortless Occasions did an unbelievable job throughout the entire process! We had been engaged for almost 7 months and we had nothing at all done or planned. Once we decided to work with Amber, we had a venue and a date within the month. She was an extreme help especially since we had no idea what we wanted and a limited amount of time to plan. We would tell her something very basic on what we like and she ran with it. It was awesome to have a planner that seemed as excited as I was to get married! We did a lot of homemade things and her and her husband spent endless hours making the program fans, table numbers, things for the gazebo during the wedding, our wooden 'K' for our guests to sign (in lieu of a guest book), etc. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!
