  Effortless Occasions made our wedding day better than we could have ever expected. Not only was Amber amazing to work with on a personal level, but she made planning our wedding across an ocean (we live in London and got married in Rochester, NY) incredibly easy and stress-free. She was always flexible with our plans and schedule (time differences!) and made herself available to talk with us and answer any questions or concerns. Her knowledge of local vendors is unparalleled and she builds great relationships with all of them. She knew exactly who was a fit for our needs and our budget and the day flowed magically because of the relationships she had with each of our vendors. Her experience made us feel comfortable that Amber could handle anything we, or the day, threw at her. We would recommend Effortless Occasions to everyone, and we've already started - you get amazing value for your money. Most of all, though, you are able to truly enjoy the day you've spent so long planning and know that everyone else will enjoy it too!

  Amber was a huge help in coordinating our wedding and is very professional. She helped us plan a detailed timeline of the day from start to finish. She also helped coordinate our wedding rehearsal and helped us on the morning of the wedding to put together the ceremony arch and any other last minute details, such as getting a card box for us. Everything went right on time as scheduled throughout the day. Thanks so much!

  Effortless Occasions did an unbelievable job throughout the entire process! We had been engaged for almost 7 months and we had nothing at all done or planned. Once we decided to work with Amber, we had a venue and a date within the month. She was an extreme help especially since we had no idea what we wanted and a limited amount of time to plan. We would tell her something very basic on what we like and she ran with it. It was awesome to have a planner that seemed as excited as I was to get married! We did a lot of homemade things and her and her husband spent endless hours making the program fans, table numbers, things for the gazebo during the wedding, our wooden 'K' for our guests to sign (in lieu of a guest book), etc. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

  I can not begin to express how wonderful Amber Orlando of Effortless Occasions made our wedding day. From the beginning stages of budgeting, color schemes, and look of the wedding to organizing and setting up the entire venue; Amber is meticulous and flawless. She goes above and beyond to make sure the bride feels confident and secure about the entire day. Her organizational skills leave no room for error and she works closely with her clients to ensure every detail is just how the bride and groom would envision it to be. My wedding day would not have been possible without her. I highly recommend Effortless Occasions for any event your family may be having!

  I was the officiant at a wedding planned by Amber. I think "organized" is the most important thing an officiant would want at a wedding, and Amber far exceeded my expectations. Without a planner, it's up to me to coordinate a rehearsal and ceremony amongst all the stress and nerves that occur with weddings. With Amber, all I had to do was be in my place at the right time and everything else ran like clockwork; I was able to focus on the ceremony. What really impressed me about Amber was the fact that she had a detailed timetable printed out for the entire day, and from what I could see, left nothing out. One example is that I always tell my bride & groom that I would need a few minutes with them shortly after the ceremony ends so we can get the marriage license signed.   We recently got married in the Dominican Republic. I was very nervous about getting married in another country, but Amber put all fears to rest. She handled everything from finding the venue to helping book our travel arrangements with ease! Amber's attention to detail and organizational skills are second to none. She had every question and concern of mine answered in record time. It was a joy to work with Effortless Occasions.

  If you have an event where the details matter than Effortless Occasions is the event planner you want to choose! Amber Orlando thought of every detail for my event and brought in all kinds of special touches to help take it over the top and make it memorable. I wish I had her when I was getting married but now I resort to using her for every birthday, corporate event and social gathering. If I'm hosting, amber is my go-to!   I used Amber and her partner for "day of" services. We had a DIY type wedding at a park and could not have done it without their help! Amber helped coordinate our first look, all of our vendors and timeline, and even went to pick up all of our flowers and brought them to our hotel! They set up our tables/center pieces/place settings, and everything was PERFECT and even prettier than I had imagined! Perhaps best of all was the personal touches that Amber included- my mom told me at a later time that Amber actually got my grandmother her food from the buffet, so that she would not have to get up as she was having a difficult time walking. So thoughtful! Highly recommend Amber and her services, literally could not have done it without her!
