About this venue
East View Farms is a brand new Wedding Venue located in the Shenandoah Valley. The barn sits in the middle of a 45 acre, peaceful, private, and rural property. Mountain views and rolling hayfields provide a beautiful setting for your special day.
This beautiful barn was built in 2019 by the hands of its owners. It was constructed with a rustic, yet elegant feel. When designing the barn, every detail of a dream wedding venue was kept in mind.
Facilities and Capacity
East View Farms and Venue can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests. This climate-controlled barn is 4800 square feet with a covered front porch. Inside you will find the bridal suite, groomsmen suite, kitchen, and two large guest bathrooms with 4 stalls in each. The bridal suite and groomsmen suite each have their own bathroom, shiplap detail, and a large vanity/bar for getting ready. The kitchen has a commercial-size refrigerator, a commercial-size sink, and a prep area.
There are a couple of different scenic locations on the property to choose from for your ceremony. Whether it may be by the pond, in the woodsy area, or on the hilltop next to the barn for a mountain view, the choice is yours!
Services Offered
Couples have access to a variety of services such as day of coordinating and cleanup. Event items are available for no additional cost. These items include tables, chairs, whiskey barrels, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, an arbor, a rustic bar, drapery, lighting, and much more.
Outside vendors may be used.
Location
Nestled between Charlottesville and Harrisonburg, East View Farms is less than 5 miles off of Interstate 81 at the Woodrow Wilson Parkway Exit 225.

From the moment we booked, the team was incredibly professional and responsive, making the entire planning process so much smoother. Whenever we had a question or needed something, they were on it immediately, always understanding and super attentive to our needs. This level of support really took a load off our shoulders. The fact that we got the venue for three days – rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and cleanup – made the price absolutely worth every penny. It gave us ample time to set up and enjoy the whole experience without feeling rushed. Plus, the flexibility to choose our own vendors was a HUGE plus! It allowed us to handpick the best in business and create the perfect wedding that truly reflected us as a couple. The location itself is stunning, set on a beautiful farm with ponds where the guys can enjoy a relaxing fishing session the morning of the wedding. And the sunsets? Absolutely breathtaking! Each evening, the sky was painted with the most vibrant colors, adding such a magical and unforgettable touch to our special day. It was truly the perfect backdrop for our wedding.
