I just purchased my mother of the bride dress from Eagle Formal Wear. They have a great selection of high quality dresses, as well as excellent customer service. Terri and Sue were fabulous to work with and turned what I thought would be a tedious process into a delightful afternoon.

Teresa saved my wedding day! When I realized the wedding dress I had chosen was not going to fit even after several alterations, I went to Eagle Formal Wear two weeks before my wedding date. And I found the most PERFECT dress for me! It barely needed any alterations and Teresa gave me an amazing discount! I'm so thankful I went to her store because the dress I found there was SO much more amazing than my original wedding dress. I later went back to her store to find a dress for my brother's wedding and again found the most perfect dress! Teresa stays up to date on the latest fashion trends, which makes finding the perfect dress so easy! Definitely worth a visit!

Got our bridesmaids dresses, all the tuxes and my GORGEOUS wedding dress there! All of it was perfect! Fit right, and GREAT PRICES!! Very easy to work with and all orders were ontime.

Very good store to work with, found my dress and bridesmaid dresses there and got great deals!! Would recommend a small shop over a bigger shop any day! More personable, I think.

I loved my dress! They happen to have a new sample right in my size so I was able to take it home that day. They also motivated me to do so with a discount. The price was really good for a designer dress. The only downside is that the dressing area is a bit small. The store mainly caters to prom dresses and tuxedos. They have a handful of wedding gowns. But the selection they had was more mid/high end.

The dresses came in quickly.

I went in to buy 3 dresses for my daughters- 2 flower girl and 1 junior bridesmaid dress. I was told that my middle daughter couldn't fit into a flower girl dress because she was too tall (she is 9). When the dresses came in, none of them fit right and there was a stain on the flower girl dress (which they did get out). My oldest ended up having to wear my middle daughter's and my middle daughter ended up wearing my youngest's (the flower girl dress that they said wouldn't fit her-which by the way, came with a tag that says can be ordered with 5 extra inches in length- however the owner insisted that the tag was not right). They returned my oldest's and exchanged it for a new flower girl dress for my youngest. It was made clear to me that they had to pay $40 to rush ship this to make it right. When that came in, it was missing the extra layer of crinoline to puff the dress out. I was told it was because of the flower girl "style" I ordered, but ALL the flower girl dresses on Bill Levkoff's site look exactly the same on the bottom/ skirt. When I asked if they would reach out to Bill Levkoff, I was told they wouldn't because I ordered two different styles. I asked if I could reach out to Bill Levkoff and they said to go through the website (they don't have a number on their website for customers bc all transactions are supposed to go through vendors). The whole transaction was stressful and I always felt that I was bothering them. My girls also didn't get to wear the dresses they picked out because they had to wear their sister's in order to get them to fit right. We now have a wedding this Saturday and my two girls will be walking down the aisle together, one with a full skirt and one that isn't. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Eagle Formal Wear is not worth considering for your special day. The store is over crowded with dresses and tuxes. They are hanging from the walls, windows, the banister to the second floor...not to mention all the rolling racks everywhere. Nothing is organized in any kind of order and all the bridesmaid dresses are packed onto rolling racks shoved into the front room of the second story. The store feels like a cave...cold, dirty, dingy and unwelcoming. The staff is unforgivably rude, unhelpful, and lacking any kind of product knowledge. They have no idea what their inventory is and they do not care to even help you look. Terri, the owner, is miserable. The discount is not worth the horrible and unfriendly treatment you will receive. Please take my advice and find your dress somewhere else...I wish I had.

The building is extremely cluttered and unprofessional looking. We stopped in to see if they had a certain bridesmaid dress and we were told they had a very limited selection and wouldn’t allow us to look quickly for the style we needed to see. We were told they had several fittings coming in, but the whole place was empty. We would have been there for a maximum of two minutes, but she still didn’t allow us in. She didn’t even offer to check for the certain style number for us. She just seemed very rude and couldn’t give us the time of day.
