We booked Dream events for our catering and floral services and from the beginning, we were impressed by the team's communication and efforts to provide personalization. We were planning our wedding from out of state and not only did the team answer all our questions big or small via email, but they also provided the ability to have two tastings that accommodated our schedule. We didn't have a wedding planner beyond a DOC and the team was so patient with teaching us how things worked. On the day of, our guests said the assortment of options at each stage of the meal was wonderful. Everyone says you never find time to eat on your wedding day but the Dream team (a fitting name) worked with our day of coordinator to make sure the groom and I had plates of appetizers, received our dinner plate first, and had a well packed to-go plate for the end of the night. The team was also happy to convert the mac and cheese bar into a late night snack for us, and our guests could not have loved it more. We had a small hiccup with the vegan and vegetarian meals, but Caesar himself solved it with me personally and rushed plates out to our vegetarian and vegan guests. Dream's bar services were wonderful, and they knocked it out of the park with the signature drinks. They offer a huge dessert bar selection that makes sure no one leaves the end of the night without a sweet treat of their choice too. We were truly able to have all our favorite foods at the wedding with very little effort since Dream offers such a wide selection of options. I didn't have to give any direction on the food display either- the team automatically set it up with aesthetics considered. I cannot say enough about the quality, value, and variety that this vendor offers for an affordable price range. Thank you Caesar and team!

Dream Events handled a huge chunk of our wedding including catering, floral arrangements, linens, and bartenders. The appetizers and food were excellent, the bartenders were great and mixed VERY good cocktails (its rare to get a good old fashioned at a wedding), and the service staff were quick and attentive. They even fixed our small groom's cake when I dropped it in transport!! (They repaired it with small leftover flowers from the arrangements).

The flower arrangements were really pretty for the reception and ceremony, and we loved the bouqets and boutonniere they made for us.

Going to Dream Events for all these parts of the wedding took a lot of stress off of us for planning our own wedding. I shopped quotes for around 5-10 different vendors, and they were right in the middle of the pack for cost. They did everything right and knocked it out of the park. 10/10.

If you want your guests to be talking for weeks about how fantastic the food at your wedding was, hire Dream to cater. Every single person at our wedding RAVED about the food. The team at Dream is so kind and great to work with. There was great communication throughout the planning process, and an attention to detail I really appreciated. At our tasting, they really took their time explaining everything to us, from how appetizers would be served to how the signature drinks would work. We chose a buffet style dinner and had a few dietary restrictions that they seamlessly accommodated. Multiple guests were disappointed when we told them Dream is not a restaurant, because they wanted to eat there again and again. It’s also worth mentioning they are a more affordable option than all the other places we looked at, which is crazy to me since their food is so incredible. Highly, highly recommend!

Cesar, Lisa, and the entire DREAM team were a pleasure to work with for the entirety of the wedding planning process. We booked Dream specifically for catering. I first met Cesar for a tasting at their downtown Austin location - he was absolutely hilarious, genuine, and so incredibly accommodating.

My husband and I knew from the beginning we wanted fajitas to be served buffet style at the wedding. I visited a total of 3 separate caterers trying the same menu at each. We ended up moving forward with Dream as we felt not only was the food prepared with a bit more personal flair, but also that we felt that Cesar and his team truly cared for us as customers.

Leading up to the wedding, I flopped back and forth between the multitude of appetizer choices, which sides to have, the table settings, etc. Lisa was always patient and incredibly responsive with answering my questions, updating the quote, etc. When we got closer to the wedding, Lisa ensured that everything was in order. Dream set a date for the final guest count to be due and in the case that it had decreased since the final payment was settled a time range for a reimbursement to take place - this was something that gave me a lot of peace of mind.

On the day of the wedding, setup, serving, and takedown went off without a hitch and I am very grateful. Our guests love the chips and queso bar, the appetizers, and the buffet dinner. The Dream team was kind enough to ensure that two plates were sent to the bridal suite so my husband and I could enjoy our meal together before joining our guests. I am still dreaming about the little fig bite appetizers! Thank you to the Dream team!!

Dream events were so great. The food was amazing, and Caesar and Lisa were great. They spent a lot of time with us before the wedding, and really cared about our preferences.

They told us that everything would go so smoothly that we wouldn't even need to talk to them at all during the wedding. It turned out to be completely true.

Dream Events was FANTASTIC. We had a venue without a full catering kitchen, so all food was cooked and then brought out to the site. Despite the temperature and transit, the food was warm, delicious and full of flavor (unlike other weddings we've attended) and satisfied our most picky of guests (truly!) They created delicious signature cocktails, were so great and easy to work with, responded to emails in a timely manner, and provided VERY helpful industry knowledge to a bride who was doing all of the planning on her own. So very thankful for them. Thank you, Dream team!!

We loved using Dream Events as our caterer for our wedding! They were extremely flexible as our wedding plans changed due to Covid. We loved our tasting and that they prepared the food and kept it at temperature so that we could see how it would taste on the real day of our wedding. The smoked gouda mac and cheese is the best!!

The vendor not only helped with providing delicious food but also gave me peace! People helped make sure the tables, decor and timing was all in order how I wanted it.

The second I got to the venue, they made sure to let me know everything was set to go and to ask if I liked how things were placed.

Throughout dinner they made sure the guests had what they needed and kept wine in my hand the whole time which was appreciated ;)
