Doc Bernstein's provided our Ice Cream Wedding Cake for us. The cake was delivered to our site at the time we needed it. It thawed and served beautifully. They were really affordable and easy to work with. We used two different cakes and two different ice cream flavors. I loved the cookies and cream and praline's ice cream!
