James did an excellent job at my wedding reception! And he was by far the most affordable of anyone that I had called! Highly recommend!

Service at a great price, much cheaper than other DJ services. Service seemed slightly less professional than competition, but set up and music were good. Had no real problems with this DJ ... service was pretty much what you would expect.

I would recomend this DJ for someone who is on a budget, and willing to sacrafice a little bit of professionalism. Jim did work hard to make sure I was happy, and complied with all requests.

THIS SCUMBAG IS HORRIBLE! Do NOT hire him. The wedding I was in this past weekend was supposed to be DJ'd by him. He was a no call, no show. He'd already cashed in the deposit, and spoke to the bride the day before the wedding, confirming he'd be there. HOW COULD SOMEONE RUIN SOMEONE'S WEDDING DAY LIKE THAT!?!? James Dittmar - you'd better have a good excuse. Although, after reading your reviews, it seems you arent the most reliable anyway. Shame on you.

Same complaint as Nate. Was in that wedding and he really screwed us over. No warning and never answered our calls. Still haven't received an explanation. Never hire this idiot!

I second Kyle's post! Do not hire this scumbag! My brother's wedding was this past Saturday and they gave him a deposit and talked to him and confirmed the day before the event. The day of, nothing! Wouldn't answer any calls or return any calls and DID NOT SHOW UP! Do not hire him!!!!
