DJ Bambú has to be the most professional DJ I have worked with! His responsiveness & work ethic is simply amazing. He responds to emails or text within hours (most venders take a day or two). He met with his 2 weeks before in person to make sure he had every little detail the way we wanted it. The day of the wedding I was changing the schedule on him left & right and he responded in such a positive manner. David did an amazing job feeling the vibe of our crowd and performed in a way that kept out dance floor full the whole night! My cousin even asked for his info on the spot to book him for her wedding later this year. I would 100% recommend/use David’s services again!

We hired DJ Bambú for our wedding, he did such an amazing job always keeping the music going! He is bilingual so he MC'd in both spanish and english. David played the best tracks to get people up and dancing, he even had LED lights that he put around the venue which made it look so cool for dancing at night! There truly aren't enough words to describe how AMAZING DJ Bambu was! From our very first conversation, he made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, organized, flexible, and genuinely cared about making our wedding exactly what we envisioned.

What sets him apart is that he isn't just someone who presses play on a playlist, he is a REAL DJ. He knows how to read the room, mix songs seamlessly, and keep the energy high all night long. He never lets songs drag on too long, and every transition was perfect. It felt like hit after hit after hit. Our dance floor was packed the entire night, and people kept telling us afterward that it was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been to. Guests literally never wanted to leave the dance floor!

One of the biggest reasons we hired David was because we needed someone who could truly blend two cultures. I'm Dominican and my husband is American, and DJ Bambu absolutely nailed it. He doesn't just speak Spanish or know a handful of Latin songs, he genuinely understands the music, the culture, and the vibe. He mixed Latin music with English hits so naturally that everyone, regardless of which side they were on, felt included and had an incredible time.

Another feature that our guests loved was the QR code he placed on every table for song requests. It was such a simple but genius idea because guests could request songs without having to leave their seats or interrupt him, and he incorporated requests seamlessly into the night.

Beyond being an incredible DJ, David was also a fantastic MC. He kept everything running smoothly, made announcements clearly, and helped the entire reception flow effortlessly.

From the start, DJ Bambu was incredibly responsive. They turned out to be the perfect fit for our budget with more extras included than we even had planned to get.
