I do not even know where it begin! Shannon is amazing at what she does and more than we could ever ask for. Communicating with her leading up to the wedding was so easy and she was always there to talk through things or help with anything. She has such a calm presence that I never felt overwhelmed when working with her. She is the most reliable person and someone that really cares about others and wants the best for everyone. During the wedding I had about 20 people come up to me saying how amazing she is and how well the entire day flowed because of her. She is not only an amazing person but she is amazing at what she does. If you are looking for a coordinator and do not hire her you are making a mistake because she is the BEST out there!! We have so much love for her and we are forever thankful for her!

Working with Shannon was hands down the BEST decision my husband and I made during wedding planning!! We hired Shannon for her "partial" wedding planning package throughout our entire engagement - over 18 months! We made several unconventional wedding planning decisions - including a silent disco during our reception to 'pie cutting.' She signed on to our vision early and became our biggest advocate. Shannon was on top of everything to help my wife and I have two separate wedding and reception events during COVID. Her organization and great communication allowed for seamless scheduling and coordination between vendors for both events. On top of that, she was really a fun person to get to know! We used Diminick Event Design as our day-of coordinator, but that title doesn’t do Shannon’s work with us justice. We couldn’t have pulled off our wedding celebration without Diminick Event Design! Due to COVID, we decided to change our vineyard wedding for 140 people into two separate events with a spring wedding and a fall reception just a month and a half before the big day. Sounds stressful, right? Not with Shannon leading the way!! She helped us work with 4 different vendors - catering, photography, dj, and rentals - to tweak plans and make everything absolutely perfect for both events. Shannon is incredibly professional, but also so personal that you’ll just want to be her friend. She’s the most detailed person and has lists and timelines that include everything you could possibly consider. I am a very organized person, and I like to be in charge! When it was time for us to choose our wedding coordinator, it was vital that we found someone we could trust. The highest compliment that I could pay Shannon is that I never knew what time it was on our wedding day. I never had to ask anyone to do anything or worry about what would happen next. Everything flowed perfectly because Shannon was doing it all behind the scenes. She took so much time before our events to learn about our vision that she knew exactly what we wanted, and how to make it a reality on our big day. Shannon was AMAZING! We hired her as our month of wedding coordinator. She took on all the stressful parts of preparing for a wedding on. She made the whole thing a breeze for us. We had planned/rehearsed to get married outside. It poured the day of our wedding. Shannon took our rain plan and made our ceremony so magical. It was honestly even more beautiful than our outside plan. She set up and help up create our exact vision. If you are considering hiring Shannon, it is not a question, just do it. Her services were worth every penny. I promise you will not regret it. She has the kindest soul and it was great having the opportunity to work with her.
