We loved our wedding!

We used the 6-month partial planning service with Rock’n’Willow and we are so grateful that we did! We had no experience planning events and Angela and Sylvia walked us through everything piece-by-piece and really made us feel comfortable. They gave us creative ideas and really personalized their recommendations to what we needed. They had previous experience with our venue that was invaluable and were true heroes on the day! We would definitely recommend them to anyone we know!

Highly recommend!

Angela and her team are amazing! They eased so much of the stress of the wedding planning process (coordinating with vendors in the month leading up to the wedding, rehearsal instructions, set up, clean up etc). She and Silvia are such a pleasant presence and have a great calming energy that is ideal when things get stressful! They made us feel totally confident that they had everything under control because they did. They handled hiccups in the wedding without missing a beat. I am SO glad I chose to work with them. It was worth the cost x10. If you are on the fence about hiring a them, DO IT. You won’t regret it :)

They Helped Make My Wedding Perfect

Angela and Sylvia were so great. It was such a relief to be able to hand everything over to them and just have them handle it. Day of, we didn't have to do anything but show up and have fun - they took care of everything else. I got their "month of" coordination package. About a month before our wedding they took over all communication with vendors. It was a little hard for me to let go of control, lol, but they did a great job getting all of those little last minute things dealt with. They ran our rehearsal, and knew exactly how everything should work. Day of, they set EVERYTHING up, communicated with all of the vendors as they arrived, kept the entire day running, and cleaned everything up at the end of the night. The décor setup was exactly how I envisioned…and we had a lot of decor. We had a theme for each table and trinkets that went along with each theme. Not to mention a variety of colors of cheesecloth table runners and bud vases and flowers for each table. I pretty much just said “Here are the themes, here is the décor, let me know if you have questions…if it looks good to you, it’ll look good to me.” I was BLOWN AWAY with how amazing everything looked. After the ceremony we did photos with all of the guests in groups of how we knew them (husband’s high school friends, my coworkers, his coworkers, animal training school classmates, etc.). We like this idea a lot better than doing pictures with each table. Tables aren’t always full of people from the same “group” so it made more sense to do it this way. It was chaotic, to say the least. But our coordinators and photographers rolled with it, kept everything moving, and helped make it a success. Now that we have our pictures back, I’m so glad we did it this way.

Amazing!!!

Angela was an amazing resource throughout planning and took care of everything during my wedding day. She was super excited to coordinate our big day even though it was a destination wedding on a holiday. She fought for us to get exactly what we wanted and handled coordination with the vendors as our day approached. I was able to hand everything to her and enjoy our big day. She set up, tore down and loaded our car with decor and gifts while we visited with family. We had a wind issue and had to move our reception indoors and Angela took care of everything. I had no stress and she made the space work for us. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend!

We were in great hands

Angela and Silvia are an incredible team. They were so thoughtful and supportive through the planning process, and helped us have the wedding of our dreams. It felt amazing to go into our wedding day knowing we were in good hands with planners that could handle if things went south. A testament to their great execution of day of coordination- we had no idea of what almost went wrong until long after potential issues were already solved and taken care of. We were able to enjoy our day knowing Rock N Willow had our backs. Thank you!

You Need To Book Them

Angela and Silvia did their best to ensure my wedding day was stress-free. They also helped me plan 4 months prior to the big day, they provided me with a checklist and checked in on me very often. I couldn't have done it without them!

Worth Every Dollar!!

From the minute we met Angela and Silvia they were extremely welcoming. They even gave us hugs and made us feel like they were 100% committed to our big day from the get go. They were extremely professional and catered their services to our needs. They had details And ideas that we hadn’t even thought of. Our wedding would have definitely been a wild circus without their coordination. They had everything down to the last minute and made everything unfold so smoothly. We can honestly say that one of the biggest reasons we enjoyed our wedding is because Angela and Silvia did such a great job in handling everything. All we had to do was show up, get married, and party. They kept in contact with all our other vendors and made sure that everyone was in place to do their part for our wedding. They are absolutely the best at what they do!!!!!
