The Apparatus Room
A striking, design-forward space with soaring ceilings and layered architectural details, The Apparatus Room welcomes up to 125 guests for a seated reception or 250 for a cocktail-style celebration with dancing. Full buyouts include access to Le Grand Salon and the adjoining patio—creating a seamless flow between spaces.

The Observatory
Perched on the fifth floor, The Observatory offers a light-filled setting with panoramic views of Detroit’s skyline. With 12-foot ceilings and a breezy balcony, the space accommodates up to 80 guests for a seated dinner and dancing or 120 for ceremonies and cocktail-style receptions. The adjacent outdoor terrace provides a natural extension for cocktail hour or a quiet moment above the city.

The Borgman Room
A refined, first-floor gathering space spanning 1,700 square feet, The Borgman Room is designed for versatility—ideal for cocktail receptions, brunches, and smaller celebrations. Soft seating, natural light, and integrated A/V create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and welcoming. The space accommodates up to 45 guests seated or 85 for a strolling reception.

Le Grand Salon
Once the firefighters’ game room, Le Grand Salon now offers a warm, character-rich setting for rehearsal dinners and private celebrations. The space accommodates up to 30 guests for a seated dinner or 60 for a more relaxed, strolling experience.

The historic Commissioner’s Suite—once the residence of the Fire Chief—provides a private retreat before or after the celebration, featuring a king bedroom, billiards table, and separate living space.
