This caterers’ head chef has worked at some of the most well-known restaurants throughout Seattle as well as owning his own in San Diego. He spent time in Vancouver, Canada, working at several prestigious Japanese restaurants before opening more establishments that served Korean, American-Asian, and French cuisine. Taking these experiences, this chef went back to his roots and opened Densetsu, Born and Braised, serving modern Filipino-inspired cuisine and more.
