Debbie and her team provided an amazing experience for our guests on our wedding day. She had been very attentive and communicative during the entire planning process and the food turned out amazing. She was flexible with dietary restrictions and worked with us to create options for our guests. The service was also on time and we didn’t have any delays in getting our guests fed. She was great to work with and ensured our bellies were full on our wedding day!

Chef Debbie Duggan and her team provided an incredibly delicious spread for our wedding! From the moment we began to talk, we knew that Debbie was excited about our wedding and could deliver on our vision of serving local, seasonal, and unforgettable food. We got married at the Casitas Estate in Arroyo Grande, which has a Spanish style, and we wanted to follow that theme through with our menu. Debbie was very enthusiastic and worked with us on perfecting the menu for our special day!

We did a tasting with her and knew right away we wanted her as our caterer (so much so we didn’t do any other wedding tastings). We were passionate about the vision and the desire to change things as needed based on what would be in season at the time of the wedding. The cost was extremely reasonable and we loved the idea that we would be the only event Debbie was catering for that weekend and it would have her full attention.

Her team helped to set up a spa water station for our guests to be greeted with. For cocktail hour, we had a large and plentiful cheese, meat, fruit, nuts, etc. display along with deviled eggs, various crostinis, and gazpacho shooters. They were all yummy and well received, but the gazpacho especially stood out to our guests! It was a wonderful cold soup shooter presented beautifully to our guests as they approached the courtyard after our ceremony on a warm July afternoon. This was one of our must haves items and Debbie delivered it flawlessly.

For dinner, we did a served buffet per Debbie’s suggestion, which worked out perfectly for our venue and guests. Debbie had a dedicated chef making a giant pan of paella, which was not only incredibly good, but so much fun for our guests to see in the works and displayed gorgeously on the buffet! There was plenty for our guests to have seconds and even thirds and we even still had some to take a little home and enjoy over the next week. Our guests STILL bring up the paella when we see them over 6 months later! The entrees were a citrus tarragon Salmon, Santa Maria style tri-tip & chicken, as well as a vegetarian/vegan entree consisting the paella with lots of other veggies like grilled portobellos, asparagus, etc. The salads also featured seasonal, local ingredients and were perfect for the summer day.

We have zero complaints about the incredibly delicious food that Debbie and her team allowed our guests to experience. We would HIGHLY recommend Debbie to cater any event and she was one of our very favorite vendors to work with and helped make our day even more memorable!

My (now) husband and I really wanted to serve tacos at our wedding, but we wanted to use an actual caterer instead of a taco truck, since we did a sit down reception dinner. We reached out to Debbie & we quickly set up a time to meet with her and taste her taco meal option. We were BLOWN AWAY with how delicious her food was when we tasted it, so we immediately booked her for our big day! Our friends and family raved nonstop about how good the food was, and how they loved everything on their plate. She was so helpful throughout our planning process with all of the small things you don't think about! We also booked our servers and bartenders through her, and we heard great things about their service throughout the night as well. The bartenders were on top of it and kept the party going all night long, the servers had everyone's plates cleaned up and put away before dancing ended, and the venue looked sparkling clean when the night was over! Debbie and her team were so great to work with, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of food and service on our big day.
