We purchased my stepdaughter's bridesmaid gown online. While pretty, it didn't fit properly so we had to return it. Unfortunately, we lost out on the shipping cost of purchase and the return.

When I contacted them, I had to send THREE emails to get a response! Time is of the essence when ordering bridal items, as they may need to be altered.

Terrible customer service and for the quality, everything is SO overpriced! Wish we could have found a stateside supplier that was more affordable but everything is in China and no one wants to deal with that risk for such an important day!
