I was so appreciative and happy with my dress! It was a perfect strapless A line that fit so nicely in the waist. Outstanding service! My sister in law recommended them to me and I would definitely recommend them to another bride to be.

I got my wedding dress from here & couldn't of been happier. I tried on quite a few dresses but ended up saying "yes to the dress" my first visit. The whole experience from the fittings and sizing was very easy & comforting. The price of the dress was reasonable as well too.

Although I did not personally buy my bridal gown here, most of my bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law all did. They had nothing but great things to say about the helpfulness of the staff, the variety of dress options, and how quickly the dresses were fulfilled.

Also, I love how many color options they provide. I wanted my bridesmaids to each have a different shade of pink or peach, and David's Bridal's wide variety of colors allowed us to achieve this look. Thank you!

I bought my dress here about a year and a half before my actual wedding date. 6 months before my wedding, I tried the dress on again and it totally fell off of me! David's was super flexible with returning the dress and re-ordering it for me in the correct size instead of trying to alter it. I only gave 3/5 stars quality because when my dress first came in, the lace on the bottom was completely shredded. Although this was poor, they were very good about fixing the problem and gave me a discount on a sash because of the condition that the lace had arrived in. Overall- very easy to work with and such a wide variety of dresses!

We got our maid of honor's dress at David's Bridal. The dress was beautiful, reasonably priced and came in before the expected time.

Shoes ordered Aug 21. Done online as store associate in Scottsdale, AZ was not interested in helping when I stopped in. Shoes shipped via UPS Aug 22. On Sept 1 I e-mailed DB to let them know shoes not received. On Sept 2, DB answered e-mail and stated investigation launched w/UPS. Asked by DB to e-mail them if I had further questions. I did.-They did not answer.
Not trusting shoes would come in time, I called DB and ordered 2ne pair Sept 5 (Shipped Sept 7).
I received phone call from UPS Sept 8 asking me to call them, but couldn't understand him or phone # left. E-mailed UPS and received response Sept 10 w/phone #, asking me to call. I called Sept 11 and told investigation closed and I should receive refund from DB as shoes officially "lost".
On Sept 12, I received 2nd pair of shoes ordered from Sept 5 phone call to DB. That same day, e-mail received from DB w/pre-paid return label asking I return first pair, WHICH I OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T HAVE. On Sept 19, 2nd e-mail received from DB w/same request.
Fed up, I called DB on Sept. 20 to find out status of refund. PHONE CALL TOOK 30 MINUTES. Woman from DB attempted to tell me investigation still open. I told her that was incorrect information. After being put on hold 3 times, she told me I was correct and that investigation closed, and that I could call back next day to find out if refund had been processed yet. Seriously?
On Sept 26, I logged into credit card account online. I STILL did not have refund. I once again e-mailed DB customer service as it was too late in day to call.
On Sept 27th I received 2 different e-mails stating refund was processed.
On Sept 28th I received another e-mail stating refund was processed.
On Oct 4th, refund finally posted to credit card account.
Order placed Aug. 21. Refund not received until Oct. 4. No one ever seemed to know what was going on. I'm glad I did not purchase my dress there!
