Truly a God send

I am late posting this review. My wedding was in September 2023. However, Trudy is the best day-of-wedding coordinator I could have asked for. As soon as Trudy joined my wedding planning party. Everything was smooth sailing from then on. I was LESS STRESSED with her by my side planning this massive day. She is stern and serious about her responsibilities relating to your wedding. However, she is SO KIND, thoughtful, and generous. I cannot thank her and her team enough for just taking over and making my husband's and I's day what we dreamt it to be. She and her team had to manage a crowd filled with 97% African family members. I am more than pleased to say they did a fantastic job making sure the entire day ran smoothly and every guest was well-informed and having a great, fun time. Thank you Darling D's for sending us Trudy. We forever appreciate all of her and the team's efforts in making our wedding a beautiful day.

Best coordinator

Darcie and her team made my day the easiest day I could of ever asked for. Darcie was with me every step of the way, always answering any of my questions, always helping me with any concerns and worries. I couldn’t imagine having a better coordinator than her.

Responsive, Professional, Good Eye for Style

Darcie and her company did a fantastic job providing our arbor for our backyard wedding. They were always available to talk on the phone, update, were flexible, positioned the arbor exactly where we requested, and they did a beautiful job with the drapery. Highly recommend.

Rustic Chic Wedding

It was amazing to work with them! Darcie reminded me about small details for the wedding that I hadn't even thought about. 20 minutes before my outdoor ceremony it started to rain, but Darcie was able to move it inside to the barn instantly to make it a comfy, cozy, beautiful barn ceremony without hesitation which took the stress off of me. Highly, highly recommend working with them!

Darcie and her team made our special day so wonderful! They were very accommodating given the recent COVID times and everything went smoothly. Darcie went above and beyond to create my dream wedding. Perfection

Darling D's was absolutely amazing! Getting married this past summer was scary because of covid, but Darcie handled everything perfectly! I had nothing to worry about and my wedding day was the best day of my life! I would recommend them to everyone!!

Covid weddding

We had originally planned to get married in May of 2020 but unfortunately had to reschedule to September. Darling D’s helped us seamlessly move the date and was there every step of the way even when we needed to make guest cuts. The use of Vintage is for Lovers gave us everything we needed to ensure we had a great day!

Absolutely Amazing!

Darling D's Events made planning our wedding so easy! I kid you not they helped me to stay on track and keep in mind I was a full time student while I was planning our wedding (therefore I was prone to forgetting everything). Darcie and Trudy were so kind and loving toward us. We felt like such close friends during the whole planning process. Everything we dreamed of came to life with the skills of these lovely women. We couldn't have done it without them. If you guys see this, love you!

Personal, caring, detail oriented...the best of the best!

Wow these ladies are above and beyond from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Although we planned our VA wedding from FL, they made sure we were in the loop and made everything possible. The day was a dream come true and I can’t thank them enough. Even with the big day going by so fast and seeing so many faces, we recognized all the hard work Darcie and Victoria did during the wedding and appreciated every single bit of it. They are such an amazing team and have nothing but great things to say about them. We didn’t have one thing to stress about thanks to them. I am so blessed to have the best wedding planner that made our special day so magical. 1000% recommend!!!
