There were so many beautiful and precious jewelry around me that I got confused and I couldn't choose one. But the sales representative was very nice and extremely helpful. He tried to understand my taste and showed me all style of rings. Finally I found the right ring and I LOVED IT from the moment I saw it. It is the unique, beautiful ring and gets everyone's attention.
In few weeks I got back there with my fiance to choose our wedding rings. This time we knew exactly what we wanted and we weren't surprised to find our dream rings at Daniela Diamonds. I am more than happy to wear it all my life. Shopping at Daniela Diamonds was the best experience I've ever had. I can't wait till my anniversary comes up to get back there...

I have a friend who consistently buys jewelry from this store. She called in to see if they had a diamond with specific clarity, cut, color, etc.
F color, VVS 1.

They told her they did, and gave her a price to tell me, over the phone- the price was very reasonable. My friend sent me their way- I took the hour drive down to dangerous NYC, only to have the rep, Dan, raise the price by $1600 for a stone of lesser quality- G color VVS2- they did actually have the stone they confirmed they did.

When I asked for a better price, as I was told something different, they repeatedly told me to buy a lab grown diamond which I specifically said I didn’t want, and refused any flexibility with their pricing. Needless to say I left disappointed for three reasons: I couldn’t get the diamond I was looking for that they confirmed they had, because they didn’t care about my needs since they pushed a lab grown diamond a total of 22 times, but also, disappointed that they were willing to lie to their long-time customer (my friend) about pricing only to try the age old dishonest bait and switch.

I went to another jeweler shortly after that scoffed at their pricing and told me it was ridiculous.
