Crystal Flower Shop did an amazing job with my bouquet and with my bridesmaids' bouquets. I gave them pictures with ideas of what I wanted and they were able to recreate them to perfection! Thanks for helping make our wedding day extra special!

Crystal Flower Shop did a fantastic job. They helped me pick out the flowers as to what I was looking for. about 2 weeks before the wedding I asked to see if I could change to having the flowers delivered instead of picking them up and they were able to change it. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were.

Crystal did an awesome job on my flowers on my wedding day. They were better than what I expected. Reasonably priced. The flowers were deliveries perfectly on that day. They are very responsive since I would email them questions all the time. I would Absolutely work with them again.

The arrangements were beautiful. The two corsages they made for my flower girl and ring bearer (both girls) were breath-taking, and they fit the little girls’ wrists perfectly.

The prices were reasonable and I got exactly what I wanted for the price I was able to afford! I did not have the flowers delivered because I did not want to pay the delivery fee. However, the flowers were ready to be picked up on the scheduled time.

I would definitely use Crystal Flower Shop again!

Crystal did a great job on our flowers and they were very patient with us. We had quite a few changes before the wedding and they were able to accommodate all of our requests without any issues or complaints. My wife loved all of her flowers and the guys flowers turned out perfect as well. Would highly recommend.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and their prices were so much more reasonable than the other florists I looked at in the area! Everyone raved about the flowers.
The only complaint I have is that the eiffel tower vases that were used were not weighted down and were top heavy. A few of them fell over.

The flowers they designed for me were absolutely beautiful. I did have two problems with the service. I had changed the drop off location of my flowers when I made my last payment for the flowers. The day before the wedding, I decided to reconfirm the information. They still had my old information down, and misplaced my new drop off loction. And, the day of my wedding, they could not find my apartment, and in my pajamas and my hair up I had to run around my complex looking for them. Based on flowers alone, everything was wonderful. But there were a few snags in the day that made things stressful.

My flowere were nice, but when it came to details there were some mishaps. I asked for my bridesmaids flowers to be be one design and my matron of honor to be another- they were all they same. Like I said, the flowers were nice, but not what I asked for. I had confirmed drop offs for flowers just a few days before and they were not followed. Boutonnieres were to be dropped off at the church and they showed up at my hotel with the rest of the wedding parties flowers. They center pieces I asked for were half way met. I gave them a picture to follow. I was very suprised by how much I paid for them I believe really weren't worth it. Now on the other hand, I asked for poinsettias. Now those were worth every penny! They were huge! All in all- yes they do a nice job, but request weren't fully met when it comes to them putting together arrangements. If you go with them stay on top of them and make sure you are getting what you pay for!

While I felt the prices were very reasonable, I was not completely satisfied with this florist. On the day of the wedding, some of the boutonnieres that were delivered were not the ones I had chosen.
