We absolutely loved our venue! The coordinator, Mary, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was very quick to respond, and the rest of the staff was just as amazing! From the staff at the front desk to the servers in the ballroom, everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend The Crowne Plaza Hotel if you’re looking for a beautiful and convenient location to host any occasion!

Crowne Plaza truly made our special day perfect. They accommodated everything we needed and more.

We used the Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa to host our company's 1st annual holiday party. Keith was very helpful in planning and really wanted to make this event memorable for us. They were flexible in their menu helping us to stay within our budget and very accommodating to our diverse group. The ballroom was gorgeous and the staff we had for our event was on point. Our event was a huge success! The bar has been set very high thanx to our great DJ and the Crowne Plaza.

The Hotel Hanford was a great location for our ceremony and reception. The only thing that took away from everything was that management changed after I had originally signed the contract, so when it came time to sit down to plan the last few months, I was taken by surprise that the original person I had been speaking to was no longer there. The half-star was taken off because I feel that someone should have notified pending clients such as myself, since management changed around June and I found out by accident in August by randomly deciding to revisit the website. However, after meeting with the new sales director, we were introduced to Heather, who is the catering and events manager. She was wonderful to work with and provided the day-of coordination, which took a lot of stress away. The food was delicious and our guests enjoyed Chef David's work. All-in-all - good staff and a great venue!

We had our wedding here in April 2013. We loved working with Heather. It was a little hard at the beginning because she was just getting back from maternity leave, but once she was back and in normal working mode it was great! We couldn't recommend this place any better. Everyone had a great time!
