Kudos to Lisa and Andrew of Cuisinetc who catered the party for our daughter's wedding !
The food was not only delicious but it was presented artfully and with special attention to the specifics of our event-- groom's family from the deep South, bride's from New York. (Who knew 'southern-fried' could look and taste so 'cosmopolitan!') Our guests had a great time exclaiming together over the cuisine and that made for fun conversation-starters. We would highly recommend Lisa and Andrew for their caring pre-event planning and for the execution of same which was both professional and awesome! Their staff members were courteous, helpful and on time, and everything was cleaned up beautifully when it was over. All in all, we couldn't have been happier.

We were thrilled and considered ourselves very lucky that a random google search for "fusion indian catering" put us in touch with Lisa and Andrew. The first phone call that followed the search put us on an amazing ride as we created our ideal wedding as a collaborative effort. By definition our Hinjew wedding was going to be a fusion effort that was going to need representation of both Indian cuisine and Jewish American cuisine that would satisfy the traditionalists and adventurers on both sides. Not an easy task! But one that Lisa and Andrew met with style and talent. We got rave reviews about the food and the decor, including how incredibly personal the whole affair seemed to everyone. That impression was a clear representation of the time and energy that Lisa and Andrew put in to getting to know us and vision. I highly recommend them!

Creative CuisinEtc did an incredible catering job for the price.We fed about 200 people.My family was very impressed with the quality of the food and their professional staff. I would highly recommend this company for any wedding.

John and I decided to breakup the cocktail hour to have the ceremony in between - not an easy task since the whole event was in the same place, Andrew and Lisa worked it out beautifully with buffet hors d'oeuvres for the first part and then passed appetizers while chairs were being arranged.
The melange of Indian and Italian cuisines was terrific and everyone is still talking about how great the food was. I was stressed and really wanted the traditional broccoli rabe for dinner along with a meat dish and some seafood pasta for the non meat eaters - Andrew set up the carving station for the delicious Lamb dish, the pasta turned out really well and they got the broccoli rabe! It was alll that I had asked for with the homey feeling and elegance we were looking for. Lisa set up the Cake and cannolis gorgeously on the dessert table at the last minute - it looked like it was planned and well thought out which we really had no time to do. I am truly grateful and lucky to have found them and have them be a part of my wedding. For a very small budget and very little time Andrew and Lisa came through to make our event so very special and intimate.

If you are looking for creative menu and also very good people they are the best. The menu was wonderful and tasted great.
