We had an exceptional experience with Shutter and Sound. Our photographer Joanna and lead videographer Michael—along with a second videographer—worked seamlessly as a team and were collaborative, professional, and incredibly adaptable when timing got tight. We didn’t have a coordinator or planner, and they fully stepped up: organizing people, calling the shots when needed, keeping everything on schedule, and making the day feel calm and put together while still filming and photographing. They treated everyone with genuine respect, helped with anything we needed (even holding our dogs’ leashes for group photos), and stayed focused and positive through a very long day—including hiking to our site. We truly could not have pulled off this wedding without them. Their work ethic, skill, and presence made it the best day of our lives.

Great value for money for what we wanted exactly. Helped us plan with great ideas and really helped take away some of the stress we had during wedding prep. They were amazing on the day and they delivered a fantastic final product with the video of the day. Highly recommend

Christian is a great person and extremely talented. The mini movie that he created captured all the right moments with unbelievable shots and create story telling. We will always be thankful! He was so easy to work with and made the experience so much better! He even jumped in and helped our photographer out at times to get great shots!

Libby was so amazing to have on our wedding day and we’re so grateful we hired her! I was on the fence about hiring a content creator but I’m so glad I did. Libby not only created a beautiful story recap of our day the day after, but she provided videos and photos organized in Google Drive folders soon after our wedding. It was so much fun to be able to see everything on the plane to our honeymoon. She was also just such a helpful hand to have on the wedding day and helped me, my photographer and everyone around her.

This was such a fun experience, and the end result was so good!! A traditional wedding videographer was not the vibe for my sister's wedding, so I did this as a wedding gift to her, and the whole process has been so fun and seamless! Freeman is so great to work with and despite not being there or knowing anyone at the wedding, she perfectly put together an amazing video that our whole family will cherish! I do have a background in video so I think that made my experience with the audio and using the mics super simple but Freeman includes great instructions and everything you need to have successful footage! We passed the camera around throughout the night to get all sorts of vantage points and it turned out so great! 10/10 recommend!!

Our journey with Symboll started with our engagement shoot, where Josh, our photographer, captured some truly incredible photos of us. We loved the pictures so much that we used them for our wedding save-the-dates and invitations. Josh went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect shots, and his kindness and professionalism made the experience even more special. Then came our wedding day, and the Symboll team exceeded every expectation! From start to finish, they made us feel like the most important people in the world. They were not only professional but also incredibly warm and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We visited multiple locations throughout the day, and no matter where we were, they captured breathtaking photos and videos that we will cherish forever. We are so glad we hired Danny and Johnny to do our wedding videography! We thought we couldn't afford wedding videography, but AfterDark Media has reasonable and affordable options. Danny met with us before the wedding to work out some of the details, and coordinated with our other vendors. They did a great job of capturing the most important moments of our big day. We are very happy with the final product and thought it was a great value. They even took an extra step to make a correction to the video music that we requested.

Three years later, watching our wedding video still makes me tear up (happy tears) every single time. The best in the business! You guys have truly given us beautiful memories that will last a lifetime and we are so grateful. I love how you were able to show both of our cultures together and as one.
