Brittany did a beautiful job on both of our cakes! Not only did they look wonderful, they tasted wonderful!!! The bridal cake was exactly what I wanted. It was elegant and just what I had asked for. The groom's cake was the best!! I had a giant black horse statue that I wanted on the cake and Brittany made it work. It was constructed perfectly and was YUMMY!!! Brittany was so great to work with!!

Although the cakes looked great and tasted pretty good, I was blindsided only a few days before the wedding by news that I had to purchase my own flower petals to put on the cake. We had discussed wanting flower petals sprinkled over the cake and she had pictures of what we wanted, and never told me that I would need to personally supply the flower petals myself. This was unprofessional and unnecessary stress because she could have told me months or weeks beforehand that I would need to provide my own flowers. I managed to get the flower petals, but telling me beforehand would have made things much better.
